Maram in customer service was not…

Maram in customer service was not helpfull at all as i was trying to explain that my father passed away and i want to change the account from bill pay to pay as you go i was in the mahon branch with a death cert and my own id details already on thursday and the answer i kept getting back from the call agent was my name is not on the account. I sure know that and i am only trying to sort out things for my dad as a nok but got not help most of the places does not ask for a death cert or cause any issues if account holder is deaceased this was just very dissapointing.

Very helpful team in store giving good…

Very helpful team in store giving good advice on available plans and phones. Very helpful also in setting up new phone.
Took a few visits with different team members - all great!
A real sense of reliability and trustworthiness
Recommend without reservation!

Just ask once - bollocks

trying to speak to VF regarding a line cancellation Just Ask Once - what a joke. I moved to VF in January. It took 4 weeks to get the lines broadband etc sorted. Now ive found out that I am being charged for a old copper line, when I dont need one. Ive been online and on the phone all afternoon trying to get some help. As usual no help!

Joe on the O’Connell street avenue…

Joe on the O’Connell street avenue store was extremely knowledgable and helpful when I needed to assistance with my account. He explained everything clear and was positive and helpful throughout. The experience was as quick as possible and I would definitely recommend him tor any help you might need!
