Tim and Rachel went out of their way in the SwordsPavillions branch.
Their help was outstanding and Vodafone had lost me as a customer without them.
The systems were abysmal and to be fair both Rachel and Tim tried and tried again.

Tim is great
I came into store after trying to resolve issues with customer care. I was welcomed by Tim who couldn't have been any more helpfully, gave me everything I needed to know. I left the shop really satisfied with my visit thanks to Tim!

Stephen Martin at the Swords Pavillions branch is an excellent young man who has been assisting me with both my business and personal communications needs. He personalises the whole process and offers me the most competitive options that are available. I cannot say enough about the excellent service that he gives us and he follows through and follows up on any enquiries that I have.
