VIVI Clothes 

I ordered a winter coat on Dec 29,17. Shipping said 5-10 days. As of today, 1/26/17 I still haven’t received. After now reading all these other reviews, I’m pretty upset! I’ve been trying to track through USPS and I get a text once a week saying , “your order has been shipped it should arrive in 5-7 days”! I’ve received 3 of those texts! If and when I do receive, I’m worried what I’m going to get? Never again! I’m in the negatives for stars!

I placed an order on 12/4/2017 and as of 1/11/2018 I still have not received it!! Customer service sucks!! Never order from this company! So much for Christmas gifts!

I ordered from this company (and paid) on 11/12/2017. As of today 1/3/2018 I have received NOTHING. I contacted the company last month and they blamed the delay on the holidays. The company doesn't care if I got my items BECAUSE THEY GOT MY MONEY. IF I COULD RATE THEM AT 0 STARS I WOULD.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Horrible, they are ripping off their customers. I ordered a 4XL hoodie so it would be big enough to go over my clothes this winter and I cannot get it on by itself. It is at least 4 sizes smaller than advertised, possibly more. I can wear a 2X normally.

They utterly refuse an exchange or refund. They will not last long under this name, but they will probably continue re-opening under different company names ripping people off over and over.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 jackets over 3 weeks ago. I haven't gotten either of my orders and I have emailed till my hands are tired. Phone number doesn't work. It just tells you to email them and that they will get back to you within 24 hrs. which is a crock. I will never do business with this company again and I will post this everywhere. Wished I would have read the reviews before I ordered anything from this worthless, piece of crap, slower than my dead grandmother, lying, crock of crap company. I will be reporting them and have them closed down.

Worst online shopping experience ever. The clothes are such poor quality. Very thin cheap fabric and looks nothing like what's pictured on the website. And the sizings ! I bought some dresses 2 sizes larger than I would normally take and they are still 2 sizes too small. Never again.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. VIVI clothes is a scam. The dresses I received in the mail were not what they were pictured as on the website. Plus one was to small and one was way to big. When I contacted the website to see about a refund, they told me I needed to pay the shipping price to send it back. They even had the nerve to tell me that I should donate or gift the items I bought.

In the return policy it states that A: they have the right to refuse your return (so once you send it back and they review it they can tell you that they won't refund and then keep the item so your S**t out of luck). And B: they have a disclaimer stating that they may never even get your returned package in the first place.

Super bad quality, terrible customer service and even worse products. This place sucks.

i have bought a cute japanese brand dress here. the package comes before christmas, i am happy

i have placed an order before, but because they are out of stock, i have asked refund, they refund me within 24 hours. so i came back and placed another order, the products are amazing, price is a little bit expensive but the service is really good.

The clothings are nice condition and the service is bad, but compare with those prices in Japan its very cheap. If you like asian fashion for a good price this is the right address. People who want good service and fast shipping should stay away from VIVI Clothes.

Well these are my 2 cents.

I ordered a pair of LIZ LISA shorts along with a pair of boots and 2 pair of stockings. The stockings were out of stock but they had included a note with the package that said the factory might restock them and that they would send them later if possible.

The shorts however, when I recieved them, looked nothing like the pictures and I could easily tell they were fake and cheap imitations. They cost me 66 USD and after I wrote to their customer service about wanting to return them and getting a refund they replied that they do not take returns but only offer customer compensation like coupons or gift cards (not really like what they state in their terms & conditions) .........

In maart een paar schoenen besteld.
na 2 weken nog niet ontvangen..
Na heel wat heen en weer gemail vroeg ik waar mijn bestelling bleef.
Was onderweg, ja daaaaag hoe lang duurt dat wel niet?
Telefoonnummer nergens bekend, dus bellen kon niet.
Nog maar eens gemaild waar het bleef, het was onderweg, door een zakenreis duurde het allemaal wat langer....
Sorry hoor maar zo'n 'bedrijf' als dit en zakenreis? (tja wat moet je dan verzinnen als je een klant geen antwoord kan geven)
Ik was zelf akkoord gegaan met de (bleek achteraf ENGELSE voorwaarden) dus daar moest ik het maar mee doen en moest ophouden te zeuren.
Wou mijn bestelling annuleren. Wettelijk gezien moet dit gewoon kunnen, of het pakketje nou onderweg is of niet, volgens VIVI kon dit niet...... naja goed, dan maar weigeren aan de deur.. EIND MEI werden ze eindelijk aangeboden. Mocht niet weigeren MOEST hem aannemen anders zouden er super hoge kosten (boven honderden euro's) in rekening worden gebracht.
Dus toch maar aangenomen.. doos geopend......

WAARDELOOS GOEDKOOP materiaal. Schoen was helemaal niet zo als op de afbeelding werd weergegeven en ook nog eens niet mjn maat die ik besteld had..

Dames, geloof deze positieve reviews niet, volgens mij zijn dit gewoon mensen die hier achter zitten om dit 'bedrijf' een beetje hoog te houden!!!

Twee paar schoenen besteld, na een maand bericht van postbedrijf. E moest nog even invoerrechten en inklaringskosten betaald worden van bijna 30 euro. Dit naast de 10 euro bezorgkosten en de 2 euro om de betaling te voldoen. Toen ik de schoenen eindelijk ontving bleken de schoenen niet aan mijn verwachting te voldoen en 1 paar paste zelfs niet. Contact opgenomen met vivi-clothes en ik kreeg als antwoord dat ik de goederen niet kon ruilen of retourneren omdat het custom made is!! Terwijl tijdens de bestelling werd aangegeven dat de schoenen "op voorraad" waren. Ook werd ik tijdens mijn bestelling er niet op gewezen dat de spullen uit Azië rechtstreeks naar mij werden gestuurd en ik nog allerlei kosten zou moeten maken. Ik heb vivi-clothes meerdere malen om een oplossing gevraagd maar daar doen ze niet aan. Je kan wel korting krijgen op een volgende bestelling. Alsof je zo dom zou zijn!! Hele slechte service bij deze webwinkel.

Jurkjes die ik besteld had waren veel te klein en op de foto zagen ze er veel mooier uit dan ik kreeg. Hetgeen ook nog eens 3 tot 4 weken duurde!!

Toen ik ze wou retourneren, begon het gezeik om ze normaal te rereiken. ONBEREIKBAAR!! Bij 'mijn support' bovenaan, kun je klikken tot je een ons weeg. Er gebeurt niks!!

Daarna terug naar China , nou dat gaat weer lekker met de kosten voor track en trace. 27.57 EURO's was ik kwijt!! En dan duurt het ook nog een eeuwigheid om mijn geld terug te krijgen!!

Het was eens maar nooit meer VIVI Clothes !

It seems that only one person in all the 70 reviews was honest about this site. It's funny how much 5 stars vivi got. It must mean that people really lack knowledge of price comparing to quality. Not that that should be case, it's actually the bad services you get at vivi clothes that rates them 5 stars, what a joke.

Quality comparing to the price is really really bad at this site. Plus, want to return something? You have to send it back to China on your own costs, another good joke of vivi. Best web shop? for sure NOT. Try going to [link]. Compared to them, vivi is sooooo funny.

But try keeping it up vivi clothes, I don't care about your web shop. You left me a bad impression, so next to this you won't hear from me ever again, would never recommend your site so that someone can be scammed by you guys. I just wanted to review you guys, cause it's funny how you guys get to be at the top with your bad looking + bad service web shop.
