Challenging but worth it
It was really hard work for me, that's the whole point in learning something new.
So much easier doing it at home, I learned loads.
I'm on my second year of self propelled learning as I needed a new career.
So glad that long distance learning is available as I'm dyslexic.

Business and Administration Level2 is fantastic!!
I’m currently doing a business and administration course and it is the best thing I’ve ever done. The tutor is so thorough and helpful. I’ve had a couple of phone calls to ask if everything on the course is ok and if I needed help with anything. Currently ahead with my work because I’m enjoying it so much so thank you so much. Also the course was fully funded and it was a big part of what got me my administration job so thank you wonderful people !!!

Suspected scam
When you call their number: 0191 215 4100 and press the number 1 extension for general customer service, a woman with a foreign accent picks up and has no idea about anything. It often sounds as if she is eating. She seems to be alone in the office but pretends there are agents around her who are all busy, and tells you they will call you back. They never do, and if they do they don’t have the faintest about anything. When they send you e-mails, they contain spelling mistakes and dodgy attachments that make no sense. Looks like a scam. Maybe a fraud to steal your identity, as they ask for a lot of personal documents such as passports, National Insurance Number etc..
When I ask the woman on the line to give me a direct number to agents, she doesn’t do it and insists they will call me back. Haha, that’s a joke. By the time they might call you back you run out of time to join the course you want to take because of their time-wasting and fussing.
Then they send an e-mail, thanking me for taking the time to talk to them that day. We never talked, you liars!

This is our phone number and has been for a long time, we do not have direct line numbers for agents, we do have a mixture of office and home workers in England and Poland and at this time of year with the volume of eligibility calls the team are doing it is very difficult to transfer straight through to the team so call backs are often arranged and apologies if they are not returned in a timely manner.

I found it difficult to navigate the online aspect. I found the help in enrolling provided excellent and necessary. I found the course content informative, interesting and extending, it was valuable and more in depth than I initially expected. My tutor was helpful and understanding.

great self paced free onlne course
not done a course with a tutor before, so took the plunge to add a skill to my cv and break up my day by doing some study.
found the course quite straight-forward but took a couple of submissions to understand what the tutor was expecting, i think i rushed in at it. However a good range of material and quiz / examples to keep you interested. sometimes the tutor is a bit slower in marking than you'd like but they are very knowledgable and give extensive feedback which is useful
felt pleased to pass this 1st time and would look at another course with tis company

Understanding Autism
I thoroughly enjoyed studying for the Understanding Autism course. I initially enrolled to support my eight year old child who was referred for an ASD assessment earlier this year. My tutor, Louise, was wonderful and gave me excellent feedback. I would strongly recommend this course to anyone wishing to expand their knowledge either for work or to offer support to someone they care about.
