Good I received but after long feedback

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I’ve had regarding the VIP number I ordered from your store nearly two months ago. I had paid ₹10,000 in full at the time of booking.

It was clearly communicated to me that the UPC code for the number would be provided by 24th July. I have followed up multiple times, especially with Ms. Alka, who assured me that the code would be provided on 24th July morning. However, during my final discussion with her today, she rudely stated that it will take another 24 hours, contradicting all previous commitments.

Such behavior and repeated delays are highly unprofessional. I did not expect this kind of treatment after making a full advance payment.

I no longer wish to proceed with this number and formally request an immediate refund of ₹10,000. Please process this refund without any further delay.

VIP Number shop through for me when I needed a fancy number ASAP for my business promotion. They expedited the process, keeping me informed at every stage. Within days I was able to use my new contact, which has definitely helped my brand recognition.

Ease of selection process of choosing choice number

Its a fake/scam site. I don't how Sonu Sood advertised for them and how are they running this business openly. I tried connecting them via whatsapp, call etc but no response. Even I didn't get any call on request call back. Its been more than 4 days.

Its a big fraud company, they are scammers, I have booked a number till date no response all numbers switched off, no order cancellation option they even include Gst not sure how government encouraging such scammers and everything officially, anyone help me in taking the complaint further.

I bought the number on their website - in few hours I've got a UPC code. With this code I went to Reliance to port the number to Jio.
I must admit, there was a significant delay in porting - as I investigated later, due to long Reliance procedures and some mistake they made at the beginning.
Vipnumber shop manager, Kiran, was always available to consult and help. She was coordinating me on each single step. Finally in 5 days instead of 3 I've got the number ported, all good.
Advice for all who is going to port the number - go to small digital retailers, it will happen much much faster.

CHEATER website don't buy any no from here they are FRAUD 420.
I purchased a number from their website and m waiting for the UPC from last two days, only 2 times they picked my call and after that they are not responding to my call, I called them several times mailed and even what's App them but they are not responding.
Please please please FRIENDS it's my HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL
DON'T BUY ANY NUMBER FROM HERE EVER otherwise you will LOOSE your MONEY.

Bad experience. They failed to give me the number which was shown as available on their site even after payment. They also didn't pay my money back and not even replying to my messages. Fraud site.

4th day already and still no sign of the UPC code. They've taken the money upfront and despite constant chasing, not giving me the UPC code. Always say, sir evening mein. Sir Kal subah call Karo.
