If you can rationalise the outlay, Vimma is a great choice, and I couldn't find a service that came close to the value - others cost thousands more.

My setup is a very thirsty one with no solar, so I needed 2x 15kWh batteries which are now powering my whole home. In the cold months the overnight off-peak charge will cover off half to 2/3 of a typical day, and the whole day for the rest of the year. It will save me thousands per year and cover the investment inside 5 years.

The service is excellent, as is the product, the warranty, the installation - just all of it really. Delighted I've made this choice, and thanks to Coralie, Thomas and Matthew for making it happen quickly and excellently.

Coralie and Pam have been so supportive, guiding me through the process and making sure any questions are responded to in a very timely manner. They go the extra mile to make sure I fully understood the process and service. Thomas and Matthew installed the battery, took 4-5 hours, had to disconnect the electric for 20 mins and made sure it was ok with us before doing so. The installation was all done in a day, the guys who came to do the installation was super friendly and professional all the way. I couldn’t believe I could see the difference in my bill from the first month. I waited to do my review until I could see I was actually saving money.

I always thought you had to have solar to be able to save money so was chuffed to see I could actually save from this. Would totally recommend Vimma to anyone. The best decision I made was to reach out to them and get the ball rolling.

I had a 6kW/15kWh EcoFlow PowerOcean battery system fitted by Vimma and the whole experience was spot on from start to finish. The lads that came to do the install were friendly, turned up on time, cracked on with the job and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything to me properly and left it all neat and tidy when they were done.

The battery itself is excellent – solid bit of kit, easy to use app, and it just does its job without me having to mess about with it. I can check the app (which is really nice and simple) if I want to see what’s going on, but most of the time I don’t need to touch it.

The difference it’s made is massive. I’m saving between £100–£120 a month already, which is a big help with bills, and I know it’ll only add up more over time. Buying the battery through Vimma was actually cheaper buying the kit online and having VAT plus installation to pay on top.

All in all, Vimma have been first class – good honest service, top-quality hardware, and a setup that’s already paying for itself. I’d happily recommend them to anyone thinking about getting battery storage.

I was unsure at first but after receiving great customer service and a simple set up, I’m so pleased with my Vimma battery.

Customer service was great, installation was neat and tidy and not too intrusive which I appreciated as I work from home. They did turn my electricity off for maybe around an hour? But planned it around my meetings.

Absolutely first rate experience from Vimma, the install was smooth from start to finish (done in a day). The two installers that came we punctual, poliet and really knew their stuff (even helped me identify a few existing things I didn't know myself). They took time to explain the setup and how it worked after it was fitted and to be honest, I've not touched it since - It's sat there doing it's job and I'm saving about £60 a month with the medium battery.

Fantastic! I got a Vimma Battery and now pay 7p for my electric compared to 27p. Highly recommend!
