Ordered Labrador and Rottweiler mugs as well as worktop saver. All arrived well packed and of great quality. Just have to wait now for a Neapolitan Mastiff mug to be created so we can have a full set!

I've been a customer of Villager Jim for over 7yrs. All my items have always arrived within a week of ordering. Ive sent a number of pet slate hearts to friends over the years, in memory of their beloved pets. Each one arrived perfectly and bought a happy tear to the recipients. Love my highland cow clock too.

Ordered an adorable “otterly love you “ figure in Jan , it was for Valentines day and hadn't arrived with a few days to go .. I reached out and the team sent me my otter first class by return , saved the day. Real shame for small business that the post office messes up their deliveries and their business and ratings are impacted ! 100% recommend this business , they were quick to react and rectify an issue that was not of their making 10/10 customer service and the otter was also a winner 😉

One of my favourite places to order from with so many items in my wish list. Being a black Labrador lover I have Christmas decorations to slate plaques and loved the miniatures.
Service excellent and they have kept the personal touch when contacting them. Highly recommend.

Do not buy from this company. Please read the reviews on here and take notice of the common themes. If I could, I would give them no stars.

I ordered a Valentines Day card from them with plenty of time for delivery. I received a notification saying it had been send by Royal Mail but the tracking number did not exist. I contacted them to ask where it was and explain I was concerned it wouldn’t reach me in time. The response fromCustomer services representative called ‘hen’ was basically not their problem and that they were not remotely interested in my concern. Contacted Royal Mail and asked why I couldn’t track the parcel and they confirmed that it had been booked but not posted out. A series of excuses followed from ‘hen’ all of which were complete lies. An example being ‘the tracking code activates as it gets closer to delivery’. Really? No apology whatsoever, and no card ever arrived. A sad Valentines Day outcome. They also blocked me from their Facebook page as I commented truthfully about delivery. Still chasing them but getting no response to my request for a refund.

Do not buy anything from this company if you may need to send it back.
They question where it’s been sent even though they have the return address stated on their refund policy.
You have to provide proof of postage and photographic evidence of delivery. Which they also question.
Once they have the gall to accept that you have followed their instructions to the letter, they have the nerve to deduct 10% off the total cost of purchase to re stocking. Even though they have received the original package, therefore they do not need to re stock. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered 3 little gifts, I wanted them sent to different addresses. I had some issues with payment after the first one and sent a message.

I had a prompt reply and ordered the other two, but was worried I wouldn’t receive them by Valentine’s Day. I mentioned this in a message and received next day.

Order, queries and delivery were very good especially Hen when there was a glitch on the ordering website.
The surface protector with our daughter and husband’s special dog photo on with the Art Work applied is stunning. It was a Christmas gift for them and they were bowled over with the quality of the product.
I will be ordering again for another dog photo very soon. In the meantime thank you so much for your help and provision of an excellent gift and service

I’m all for supporting independent traders but my recent experience has questioned this unfortunately. It’s taken nearly a month for my items to arrive (the events these were ordered for have now passed). Chased the whereabouts of these numerous times to be told they’ve been sent, they’ll be sent today and chased again to eventually receive them with a packing date on the enclosed of over 3 weeks from the original order date. Customer service isn’t the best with no despatch company details given. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered a sun catcher from them, they claim it was delivered but nothing arrived. The photo of where they claim it was delivered looks nothing like where it was supposed to go. When contacted they did not reply to me.

I have waited 9 days for my order and one item is missing.
Not at all impressed bearing in mind how close we are to Christmas!
I am so disappointed and have emailed asking for a refund. Hopefully they reply quickly.

I recently did an order with this Company. They seemed slow to process and despatch the items however do appreciate its Christmas and a busy time so no complaints just an observation. The items arrived today. I had sent for some Christmas cards with a Bernese Mountain dog on the front as we own a BMD and thought would be nice. £9.99 a pack, blank inside unfortunately look cheap. I ordered a mug with a Bernese which was OK but disappointingly the ceramic heart I also ordered with a Bernese was really small. Certainly NOT worth the money. I ordered something similar for a friend with a different company and the item for the same price is so much bigger. I wish I had looked at the reviews for Villager Jim before ordering. Whilst the website shows lots of lovely items I will NOT waste my money by purchasing from them again.

Love the art pictures and wanted one of my dog. It was really easy to send a photo and order my print. I was so pleased when I received it today, I was concerned it would be too ‘arty’ and wouldn’t resemble my dog however I needn’t have worried. The print is awesome and exceeded my expectations!

I bought the personalised two dog door mat and what a waste of money. It is so thin and flimsy there is no way you could actually use it as a door mat. The postie actually put it through our letterbox it was so insubstantial.
Also I had a collie and cocker put on the mat. The cocker was 3x the size of the collie making the whole thing look ridiculous.
I emailed my concerns but got no reply.
Won’t buy from again

I ordered a memorial hanging large heart and a couple of keyrings. The heart was ok, bit rough round the edges but no problem. The keys rings were losing the chrome coating upon unpacking them. I sent photos to villager Jim who said they would replace both keyrings. They replaced one, but with a different cheaper keyring of a lesser quality and a different colour . Such a shame as previous orders have been great.
