Ordered slate heart and garden steel heart in remembrance of our wee Jack russell that sadly passed. Both were brilliant cant fault items at all only gripe was Royal Mail sadly my local post office is a bit hit or miss but thats not villager Jim's fault. So a huge thank you for giving us the beautiful hearts to remember our wee pup.

I bought a Cat outline sculpture and a Mum and Dad Slate Heart for my sister’s 70th birthday. Firstly the delivery was so fast and before her birthday, good result. But most importantly we are both delighted with the purchases. Exceptional quality and a joy to look at permanently. Thank you Villager Jim.

A problem with entering our (very!) rural address was dealt with by Hen without any fuss, and the sculpture arrived safely, well packaged, good quality and looking just as it did online, in just a couple of days. It will look fabulous as it ages and rusts

After the loss of our much loved dog Bailey. I was looking for something that would keep her memory alive for our family. She is at peace in our garden with a beautiful tribute that I found on line from Villager Jim. An engraved slate heart. It was easy to order and was delivered promptly and am delighted with my purchase.

I bought a indoor door may for £26.99. What arrived would be worth £10 max. It is extremely thin with a big crease down the middle. On reading the returns policy there is no point me returning this as I would lose the postage +10% of the price. I should have read the reviews. I will never use this seller again. It seems to read as a small independent company which I wanted to support but this is very misleading.

Awful customer service. Ordered a personalised sun catcher for a friend whose dog had passed away. Was advised that i could email them and add the dogs name after I ordered. They were quick to take my.money but then decided I couldn't personalise it. Asked if I could send a message with the gift but this request was ignored. So a random dog suncatcher turned up and my friend had no idea who it was from. Rude abrupt email messages from so called customer service and I am being bombarded with their product emails. Would not recommend.

I needed an urgent gift for a close friend who’s dog passed away .The response of the company was speedy and the gift arrived on the exact day I needed it as promised by them. The gift was perfect and exactly as described and beautifully made. Subsequently my friend who was impressed by the tree hanger has ordered another one for a dog she lost many years ago as a reminder of that little soul as well.

Ordered from them last year (I know my review is late) and the stained glass piece was AI slip printed onto plastic and it was tiny! My fault for not reading properly but they still shouldn’t have slapped AI on the design. Hire real artists.
