Without a doubt one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

I attempted to purchase a virtual dedicated server through these guys. The server was stuck in pending on initial setup. I waited 24 hours, to see if maybe it was just the system taking its time.. I finally put in a ticket, and waited another 24 hours for at least a confirmation that it was being looked into. Not a single word.

I reached out again, this time asking for a refund, and that got a response.. Though all they did was simply tell me that my refund request would be processed in 7-14 days, and then let the ticket close after a few days.

30 days later, here I am.. Still no refund, and I can't even cancel the service on my own. Their FAQ page has a little tidbit on how to cancel your service, but go figure, its just a dead link. Just to top all this off, they sent me a second invoice.. for a server that is, to this day, still stuck in pending.

Just some irony in all of this.. this review will get my account closed and cancelled faster than their ticket system will.

Don't waste your money here, folks. You'll simply lose it, as well as all the additional time you'll be spending trying to do something about it.

Instantly received a response to my inquiry and was up and operational within minutes!

I spoke with Lee about getting a new server. He was highly informative about what I wanted and how to get the best product for my service. A+ Job.

I had an allocation issue, I spoke to Customer Service, Lee answered and they solved everything in a few minutes. Thanks a lot!!

It was fixed, we don’t know what caused the problem and it took a while to fix but it was fixed and that’s what matters!

Where do you start. First up to all people DO NOT US THEM. I payed out $28.98AU for 3 months and in the first month of January I got to use the server about 5 times as it was down all the time so I sent a email to cancel server service. I had it with the poor replies or no replies that took place. After 3 months not using Vilayer I thought that I better check on the server status as I had cancelled vilayer services. I then find that they stole another $28.98 from my account for another 3 months. Over this past month I have tried to get my money back with No success. From the 10th of May I have sent 4 emails asking what is going on and all I get is Status: In Processing or Escalated and when I ask what does that mean and am I going to receive my money back I do not receive any reply. This is the same thing they did when I had issues with the server. I reside In Australia but I am going to report them to the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations' provided by the UK Government for stealing money out of my account. So do not use these peoples servers or you WILL be ripped off. TICKET Number was #406875 and still no reply to my questions

You are a disgrace to hosting world. I gave a 5 star review as I was asked to give them a good review in return they offered me the clan package with the ability to be able to change to different games and also have more slots. soon after this happened, We lost all ability to create new services and change anything in regards to the clan package. Also Dylan the only person you can speak with is Useless and blames you for the errors and then says its not his problem its managements.
We have just lost the entire service as it just so happens not too work anymore with no reply to tickets or replies from there fake chat bot.....I am still currently up to date with payments and I have no servers up anymore with no access to ftp to back up the last few days of stuff. that is my fault yes. So yes the 5 star ratings here are most likely people like myself that thought we had been given a decent deal due to faults on there behalf. but in return has your service pruned away at there discretion now to nothing just a cpanel that does not respond lol.
