From quality of the products to the quality of the packaging you are receiving luxury without necessarily breaking the bank!
I have no issues with any leaks from any of the cream formulas like I have experienced with other brands.
The website is easy to navigate and the rewards system works well for the last minute surprise launches! The quality of the clothing items I have received are also fantastic and always a staple in my wardrobe. The shipping for the uk is also very speedy I find

The products I've purchased are beautiful, their lipsticks are such a nice formula and non drying. I've also got a couple of lip oils, the new cherry colour is my favourite and I use it religiously. Delivery time is decent and the points system is a great incentive to buy a little more and get points towards a voucher for your next purchase. I'm desperate to get the sweatshirts but they're always out of stock in the bigger sizes!
The packaging is beautiful and very luxe too whilst still being affordable. Love Jamie, Love vieve.

Been following Jamie Genevieve for YEARS by this point and I'm so happy to be able to have a piece of her vision with every launch. Not only are the products visually stunning but the quality is amazing. I love that you can accumulate points and they send things super quick. Never had any issues and its overall consistent which is a huge plus.

I haven't bought anything from Vieve for a while, as not having a huge range of products (YET), I have all I need. What I can say though is, that the many I've got have all been wonderful. The quality is great, and I'm very impressed with everything I've bought. Whenever I have placed an order, the delivery has always been quick, with emails keeping me up-dated.

Jaime and her team have started an incredible company. I found her on you tube during the pandemic and was instantly drawn in. I have dumped out all of my other cosmetics and am a full fledged Vieve “ite”. I am not the demographic that you are going for as I am almost 66. The products are incredible and although a higher price point, well worth it. Please spend more money on product protection in packaging going forward. Multiple products bounce around while shipping. One casualty was the powder which didn’t survive the trip, but Vieve sent a replacement immediately. Patiently waiting for a store in Toronto, Ontario, Canada🇨🇦

I have purchased a lot of Vieve products, both directly and via third parties and I am always delighted with my purchase. A solid 70% of my regular rotation is Vieve, I use Skin Nova every single day! The products work with each other and other brands seamlessly.
My current obsession is the BathLeisure bubble bath, I need the scent as a perfume asap! So relaxing. I need one of the candles next.

Love my vieve make up: don't know what’s my favourite, other than to say Ninetease must be the best neutrals palette on the planet, especially with the cool tones I need.
Also loved visiting the pop up shop before Christmas and everyone was so lovely x

I'm a big fan of Jamie and her style so a lot of Vieve has appealed to me because of that so I am a tad biased. However while I do think they have some amazing products (Nova Skin and the Modern Radiance Concealer are stunning products and something I have re-purchased multiple times now) I think the price of the products is insane and not justified in the slightest.

Some beautiful products, packaging looks good but for the most part it is plastic so again price isn't justified. It just feels like a bit of a rip off sometimes. But I am still the sucker thats bought everything!

In saying that though I do think the price means this brand is out of reach for a lot of people and while I've viewed myself as a loyal customer I am too going to have to stop buying from it as I just can't justify the price anymore.

Just some more info - eyeshadow palettes have big pans and amazing pigment pay off. There will be a little fallout but all in all almost worth the price.
Face powder is beautiful and so lightweight, doesn't feel drying and cakey. However is so fragile that once pan is about to show it will fall apart in the compact.
Modern Mascara is a gorgeous dark black and so easy to remove however if you are particular about the shape of brush you use (eg a thinner wand) you wont like this. Brush makes it difficult to really get right in about your eyelashes and for me it just doesn't hold my lashes at all.

Finally - had to contact customer services over a broken powder and they were phenomenal. Didn't feel like I was being doubted and the situation was resolved within hours of me contacting them which I thought was great.

I purchase from Vieve regularly as a treat to myself and can’t fault the brand or the products at all.

I have bought numerous products from Vieve and none disappoint. I especially love the lip dew.

I love vieve. I own a lot of their products including the dressing gown, toiletry bags, lip gloss, wand library, mascara, cream bronzer, full brush set, lipstick, concealer, skin nova, t-shirts. I love all the products and the brand and when dealing with customer service they’ve been great. I would love to see the free delivery amount reduced. I do find some items overpriced. I liked skin nova but I wouldn’t pay £29 for it again.

cannot express enough how incredible VIEVE products are. i was never one for luxury makeup but my life has been changed!! my makeup has never looked so good, lasted so long and been so effortless. as for bath leisure, most luxurious bath i’ve ever had, proper home spa vibes, again, changed my life <3
