as of yet, it's been 8 days and my order status is still 'awaiting fulfillment'; with no update in status or communication from them.

I didn't wait 8 days to 'fulfill' my payment.

I'm going to wait a few more days, cancel my order, and go to Target.

Still waiting on my Order over 2 weeks. My account gives no indication it has even been handled yet. Calling in the morning for details.

My ordered was cancelled days after it was placed. I have no idea why it was cancelled, but now I am without a birthday gift for my Grandson.
I was still charged and now I have to fight to get a refund.

My item arrived in a fair amount of time; however, the item was not packed appropriately. It was stuffed, without any packing material, into a box that was too small. It was a headset and I can suspect, based on the packing issues, it won't last very long.

I was looking for a very rare title that I couldn't find anywhere for a reasonable price. I finally found it here. It got to me without a hitch! Even when I asked a question they replied with an actual e-mail instead of an automated response! I am very happy with their services!

They canceled my Christmas without any reason as to why

I was looking for a discontinued title that was out if stock everywhere. They had it and said it would ship in two business days.

It shipped on time, arrived in perfect condition exactly as promised, couldn't ask for more than that.

I wanted to buy a game that's been hard to find and their website said they had 2 in stock. More expensive than it should be, but at least (they said) they had it.
I made the purchase online and stopped looking.
A few days later they cancel my purchase.
When I email them asking why, they only said "we're out of stock". Now I can't find the game anywhere. If I had not stopped looking then I'd probably have found it somewhere else.
Will never be buying from this company again!

I ordered a product from this company. Usually, websites send a shipping confirmation within 2 days. My transaction was performed on Monday. That Friday (5 business days later), they sent me an email informing me that the product was out of stock. I note that when I ordered it, it was in stock. In the meantime, this same product was part of a toysrus cyper sale. However, already ordering it and expecting it from this company, I did not take advantage. Dealing with this company did nothing but set me back and cost me money for the Christmas season. I expressed my dissatisfaction and there was no offer of anything to help negate my dissatisfaction (ex. coupon code or free shipping on future order).

Other online shops sold out of the Wii Sports Resort with Wii Motion over the holiday weekend. I picked it up here without any problems. Fast shipping and well packed. Item is brand new and works great! Would do business with again!

I have ordered a game about a week ago n still not not heard if it has been shipped to me yet. I hoping to get it before Christmas cuz it is a Christmas gift.

I order the Xbox 360 Kinect video game, YOURSHAPE Fitness Evolved 2012. The item arrived on time and it was new. I've try the game on my console and didn't have any problem. Videogamecentral.com have good price on video games, I would order from this website again if I find something I like.

When I received my order one of my games was missing. I had to call them and then had to ship me a new one. The new one that they shipped me is all dirty and disgusting. I have tried to play it but it does not work properly. Shipping was quick and the customer service was friendly.

They took my order for two handheld video games then cancelled the order...the reason...they did not have the game in stock in any longer. If they didn't stock it any longer...why was was it on the site...and why did they take my order in the first place. I won't give them my business anymore...oh wait....I was the only one doing business!!!!

Best all around source for all my older titles. I am way out in Long Island but every couple months I like to make a trip down to look at some unlisted gems. Always come away happy.

I started ordering from these guys in 2009 when I found an old DS screen on their site that I was searching for. Everything went well with the purchase, speedy arrival, good packaging so I ordered again a few games from the old Game Boy Advance days.. again all good! This past Holiday I ordered from them twice and as always my items came quick and painlessly. Kinect all hooked up and a couple of games! Nice!! I'm loving these guys as my gameroom is becoming a real man cave,.. my wife.. eh, not so much, lol..
