I was due to fly on May 14th. I paid in good faith for a week’s holiday in February. I have had several emails and calls with Via who appear to want to give me a partial refund. I know I am fully entitled to a full refund. I am still waiting for my money. Don’t be tempted by what appears to be a good deal, STEER CLEAR at all costs.

I agree with the previous review. I emailed over a month ago asking for a refund. My holiday was booked for the end of April and there has been no communication what so ever!

I was unable to award ZERO stars therefore they have One!!

I have been trying to obtain a refund for a holiday from March 25 and even now 12/05/20 I am receiving no communication their phone continually goes to music with no voicemail message of advice, they do not answer to emails
This company appears to be burying their heads in the sand and hoping we all go away
They are quick enough to take the cash but their after sales and customer relations is amateur at best.

Booked a holiday through this company via groupon. Mark Parker asked for payment within 24hrs which I made. Holiday was cancelled due to Covid 19 ... & now Mark Parker is saying I can’t have a refund. Small claims court it is then. Absolutely disgusted with their response. AVOID this company at all costs ... as the latest reviews confirm. A crisis brings out the best & worst in people...

Poor customer service and lies being told by handlers. Avoid these guys. Wish I'd seen these reviews before booking.

I called a few times trying to get through to Mark Parker, but they wouldn't put me through. Kept saying he's busy, he'll call back. He never did. So I sent a strongly worded email and I got a reply the next day.

And I don't ever leave reviews but I have to on this occasion because of how bad the customer service is, and the cheek that they're trying to keep our money.

With everything going on, I'm being advised that If I want a refund, I cannot have a full refund and only a partial refund? Taking into account this is a package holiday, and legally I'm entitled to a full refund under the Travel Regulations. Mark is claiming Force Majeure clause saying this is why I'm not entitled to a full refund. Not true. They're saying because I booked it and redeemed it, I'm not allowed a full refund.

Full refund is being denied, despite me getting in touch with the hotel directly and being informed they have advised Via Travel to refund me fully, and I know Easyjet would be doing the same - but instead ViaTravel trying to force me to rebook, or take a partial credit or partial refund.

Told Groupon about this disgusting behaviour and they've passed it onto the relevant departments, and also advised their ethical department. Doubt that happened but we'll see.

Everyone needs to report these guys as it's defo not legal.

Please do not book with this company!! I am £1276 out of pocket for a trip I booked to lake Garda and Venice
It was advertised on on Groupon but I rang the company to enquire about it. Four of us were meant to go on March 21st for 7 days and still havent received any money back.i have constantly been calling and emailing them since the beginning of February. They finally decided about 6 weeks ago I could get a partial refund of £750 I'm still waiting.
Very angry and disappointed and out of pocket. Do not trust them!!!

I booked a break in Krakow through Groupon. Paid supplements for different flights and breakfasts. I had email saying this.
Chris Taylor the advisor, asked me on many occasions to leave him positive feedback and mention his name. I did so.
On my break I was told that breakfast was not included, I had to pay. That was £10 pp pd = £60. I paid and have receipts.
On getting home I have emailed and spoke to Chris who says "No big deal" he says he will check the telephone booking to see if he mentions breakfast. If it does he will credit me. I replied that the recording is of no interest to me as I have it in an email I paid a supplement for it. I also paid for the breakfasts in cash and not credit, therefore I would like my refund in cash. Since then I have had an email saying they are busy and I am not to email or call them regarding this.
BEWARE, they ask for supplements and do not inform the hotel.
I found Chris very polite when booking but not so eager when it came to sorting my refund.

Booked this mini break with Groupon and was directed to Via Holidays (Chris Taylor). Initially I had the hotel groupon arranged XO blue but on checking this out wasn’t that impressed with location we wanted to be more central. Chris helped find exactly what we were looking for at a surcharge, he was most helpful went the extra mile.

Hopefully he’ll send champers to our room on arrival as the break is for my birthday :)
