Via Croatia Recenzje

As a Travel Advisor, I love working with Via Croatia! They are very professional with rapid response time and fantastic itineraries. I had a client who needed a last minute getaway and I knew that Via Croatia would help. We were able to put her on a beaufitul island hopping yacht adventure, and she hasn't stopped talking about it. She was nervous to go as a solo female traveler, but the staff at Via Croatia, and the crew on Symphony made her feel welcome and cared for. I'm so appreciative for their attentiveness and professionalism!!!

Working with Via Croatia was an absolute dream. Zvonimir ("Z"), Ivana, and their team go above and beyond to tailor each request to the guests' specific needs. Their service standards are excellent with professional drivers and knowledgeable tour guides, to numerous ideas for enriching immersive experiences. As a travel advisor hosting a group of 30 of my closest friends and clients aboard the MS Symphony this past month- there was a not a single moment we weren't left in awe. I could relax and enjoy myself knowing we were being looked after and were in the best of care. I am still getting texts from previous guests asking when can we go back! From the planning process, to the quality control checks, to the amazing exclusive experiences we uncovered - EVERYTHING was TOP NOTCH

Just returned from 7 nights on the Symphony. The ship was spotless clean, very modern, and well decorated. We fell in love with the crew, and enjoyed each island we stopped at. Korcula was a highlight. I highly recommend the team at Via Croatia!

I was quite pleased with the report back from my client's on their charter aboard SYMPHONY! Great work on all sides - booking to crew.

As a travel advisor it is critical to work with suppliers that are dependable, easy to work with, flexible and professional - Via Croatia hit it out of the park with our Exploring the Jewels of Croatia cruise onboard the Symphony. My group of 27 travelers all raved about the entire experience and can't wait to go again - from the pre land tour which visited villages in Istiria to Plitvice Lakes (stunning) to our disembarkation in Dubrovnik, we enjoyed 5 star service from our guides and ship crew, had more delicious wine and prosciutto than one can imagine and was in awe with the Croatian hospitality and beauty. It's easy to understand why Croatia is one of the hottest travel destinations today! Highly recommend this unique travel experience with VIA CROATIA!!

We just had a group of 25 on a Croatian / Montenegro cruise with Star Clippers. Via Croatia did private group shore excursions in every port. And we had excellent guides and transportation each and every time!

We are a boutique luxury tour operator, and Via Croatia was recommended to use years ago by a wonderful marketing company. Since day 1, Via Croatia was extremely helpful, creative, and responsive. Our clients rave about the experience and quality of services. I feel confident and so at ease sending my vips with this DMC. Thank you!

Dealing with a quality Virtuoso DMC has paid off for my very happy clients. On their return they advised me that everything went according to plan and the service and just the thought on every little detail was covered. It was the highlight of their whole trip

Via Croatia is my go-to for the region - I do not bother using anyone else. Their team is incredibly professional, knowlegdeable and always deliver! Every single client trip has gone without a hitch, and clients always have the best time! I love their digital itineraries and fabulous in-destination concierge service. Fast turnaround times too. What more could you want?

Working with Via Tours Croatia is a dream. Zvonimir ("Z"), Ivana, and their team go above and beyond to tailor each traveler's itinerary to their individual desires. Their logistics are a wonder to behold--beautiful, clean new cars with excellent drivers and knowledgeable tour guides are where and when they're supposed to be. As my clients' travel advisor I can relax knowing they're in the best of care. I won't work with any other travel provider in the region (including Slovenia, B&H, and Montenegro).

Via Croatia are fantastic to deal with, quick turaround and nothing is too difficult. My clients had an amazing experience in Croatia onboard I private catamaran.

I loved working with Via Croatia. The staff was quick to respond to my inquiries and with the trip plan. I loved that my clients had a dedicated point of contact directly with someone at Via Croatia while they were traveling. All went so smoothly and I had very happy clients.

We had the best charter. Everyone loved the Symphony. Cabins were spacious, nice closets, showers and comfortable bedding. Common areas were beautiful, comfortable and we used them all. Having two hot tubs was superb, and the crew had them ready when asked. The entire staff on the Symphony was top notch. They all wanted us to have a great time. They connected with the group and were knowledgeable and willing to share. Evan was amazing and our entire group loved him. He shared his pride of Croatia, his history knowledge and his recommendations of local spots to try. We really enjoyed interacting with Ivan. He is not only a great director, but a fantastic person. Communication about our daily activities and what to expect were great. The chefs were superb. All of our food on the boat was so delicious and service was elegant. The staff was efficient in serving our clients who had special dietary needs also. The restaurants that were included off the boat were very, very special. Our whole group enjoyed this time to eat locally at the beautiful locations that were arranged. Everyone enjoyed the included tours at each island. The tour guides were super knowledgeable and excited to share with us. I don't think anyone would change a thing. I think we had three swim stops, and those were some of the most fun times we had as a group. It allowed us to relax and unwind and just have a great time. Chartering a yacht is such a unique experience and spending time enjoying the actual yacht and water play was an all-time favorite.

MONTENEGRO & CROATIA DONE BEAUTIFULLY!

We recently traveled along a journey curated by Via Tours that was filled with surprises. We didn't overplan, instead we allowed the experts to listen to us (which they did) and craft soulful, immersive experiences that my daughter and I truly connected with. We were paired with the best guides who were efficient, on time and full of information that we found interesting and each excursion was an adventure in itself. Kayaking in Montenegro, picking vegetables in a garden and being welcomed into someone's home to learn how to cook traditional dishes in Croatia, and spectacular days spent out on the glimmering waters snorkeling, swimming and island hopping in between. The team at Via is patient, intuitive, creative and truly want to show you the places they are so proud to hail from. A winning trip in all possible ways.

As a travel agent, I worked with Zvonimir Androic, President of Via Croatia, to create an 8-night itinerary for a family of four. He was great to work with. We had numerous changes to the itinerary, and he was always quick to respond and also made some great suggestions. The end result was a beautiful experience for this family of four. One of ViaCroatia's great values is 24/7 concierge service during the entire time of travel. The concierge was Ivana, and she was invaluable. My customer couldn't have been happier! Everything was as promised...excursions, accommodations, tour guides, boat captains, and concierge service were all outstanding. My customers are well traveled, and they said it was one of their best trips ever. As a travel agent, I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services.

Working with VIA Croatia means that you are going to get the top products and work with the best and most knowledgeable people. I would like to keep them my little secret - but the word is already out and they are AMAZING to work with.

I received exemplary service from Via Tours. They planned an unforgettable trip for my clients.
VIA took care of all the details, transportation, excursions with knowledgeable & friendly guides, top-notch accommodations, and wonderful restaurants. Their prompt responses and great attention to detail is commendable. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone.

As a Virtuoso travel advisor I’m always selective about who I work with on a customized travel itinerary for clients. Sometimes the true test of an excellent partner is when the planning process is not smooth. This was the case with a recent client trip. No matter what challenges my clients threw at me (& there were a lot) Via Croatia & Virna in particular, was undeterred & committed to finding an excellent solution quickly. They were a true partner always making me look good. In the end, the clients were thrilled with their trip. I don’t believe I could have pulled off such a successful trip with anyone else as a partner.
