Vetimed had the best price online for my cats diabetes medication, they were literally 50% cheaper than buying from my vet.

This time the dog food arrived with protective box incomplete and falling apart
This time the dog food arrived with the bag unsplit however this was only by luck. The card board box had fallen apart due to use of inadequate packing tape and provided no protection. The first shipment of dog food I ordered was packed well with no loss of food or damage to bag - what has changed in your shipping department?
