i found this site whilst googling and thought they had great products. after a long search on other sites for a toaster and failed to find a certain type i wanted i finally found it on verynice2.com....my product was excellent and at a great price and the service and post was very speedy, i would gladly recommend this site to my friends

Would definitely recommend verynice2.com to anyone. The Joseph Joseph product I ordered arrived very promptly, it was well packaged and cheaper than I could find anywhere else on the Internet. I have already recommended the company to friends and family and will be ordering Christmas presents from them in the next week or so.

I received my order in very good time, but although the goods were well packed I had to contact Verynice as 3 of of 6 plates were chipped. I received replacements next day - so verty pleased and they were correct (no damage)

I ordered a non slip shower mat which when it arrived was badly damaged. Yellow stains all over it!
I was asked to submit photos online and a refund is being arranged. The complaint was handled very swiftly, and the item arrived promptly. However it was obviously a very disappointing purchase.

A very nice drainer, just what I wanted. It's much nicer than the stainless steel ones. This one fitted just right on my drainer, it's perfect. I ordered this one afternoon, and it arrived the next day. Wonderful service.
