Great price, Great quality, Really prompt delivery. Overall very pleased.

i ordered the gate on Thursday the 13th as a safety-tool for our newest family-member .
the delivery was due for Friday 21st, but it came super quick in just 5 days .
i decided to order it directly from V-UK instead a 3rd-party-site because of the way the information like size and material was easy to see .
.
i can't really say much in sense of quality / durability of the gate itself, since it's less than a week in use, but I'm very pleased with the surrounding factors .

If you guys are not delivering to Canada then you had to confirm me on the day you receive my order details.I already asked them to refund me now your customer services asking me to wait for 20working days for refund that's too much.its already one and half month if you could not deliver my order then please refund me as soon as possible. Thanks.I had very bad experience with venchery. I ordered on 5th September and they said that they emailed me when my order has been shipped but I didn't receive any email or other information after wait of 15days I again email them they replied that they had alot of orders that's why delay in delivery my order will be delivered on 16th October but I still don't receive my order. Now I emailed them about refund me but they are not responding.plesse don't waste your money with this company.

Haven’t yet opened and assembled the carrycot but not expecting any problems due to the well packaged order.

Transaction all good. Quick response to emails. The only downside is that there is no telephone number. I don't usually deal with companies that don't have telephone support.

Brought the venture duo for my 7 month old. Could not fault the service was able to order the item the very next day after placing the order. The playpen is very sturdy. Found it abit difficult to fit the mat in as the edging I had received had too many diagonal design. I also received an extra tile. Other than a slight gap between the mat and flooring my little one seems to enjoy playing inside and is building his skills to crawl.

For me, the Nebula Metro stroller is great. The large circle is easy to drive in the Tetene.

This is the second gate I have purchased fromVenture in the last couple of months. These gates are extremely high quality and easy to install, highly recommended. I have two large Alaskan Malamute dogs and the biggest of which is 69kg and these gates are truly effective. The extra height is a great advantage with a large dog. They are so well designed that they don’t look out of place on the bottom of my stairs or installed in the lounge doorway. My older dog had free roam downstairs and we stopped needing a stair gate when he was 4 years old, he is now 8+. However we have a 10 month old malamute puppy so needed to restrict the stairs, she then started ripping up the sofa cushions and sleeping on the suite at night. To prevent this we installed a second gate on the lounge.
Very high build quality and excellent customer service from Venture UK. I unreservedly recommend this gate and the Company to anyone in the market for a pet or child gate. 5 Stars on every aspect.

Easy to use website, great products.
Ordered a blue playpen for my 9 month old after lots of research. Playpen came the next working day (ordered Tuesday morning, arrived Wednesday afternoon).
Super easy to put together myself, only took about 10-15 mins and looks lovely.
My son absolutely loves it and has plenty of space to crawl around safely.
Website was easy to use and helpful.

Not so good quality and not a lot of cushion in case de kid fall.

Brilliant gate. Marked down due to delivery stating next working day delivery, however, took much longer which was frustrating

The baby gates arrived next day and were of excellent quality.
I had to return them as unfortunately they didn't quite fit my doorways but I found Hayley in their customer service department most helpful.
