Very lucky to have stumbled upon Venture Caravans. We recently bought our first vw campervan. We couldn’t believe in what excellent conditions the van was. We had been looking for over a year for it and the moment we saw this van we knew we had to get it or we would have lost it.
Steph was excellent, knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy or intrusive.
We also had the pleasure to meet Mia, who was extremely sweet.

We have been dealing with Hitchin Caravans since 2016 and are now on our second motorhome purchased from them. I cannot rate them highly enough. For our recent purchase we initially dealt with Matt and then moved to Steph after handover. The handover itself was excellent- clear in person instructions from Harry with video back ups. Since then we have had minor issues with warranty work which have been dealt with by Steph very quickly and efficiently. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Issues with the cab battery and liaison with Ford was carried out on our behalf. I read of issues other Bailey owners have had with their dealerships and I am thankful that I am dealing with Venture! We also use Peter and gang for servicing, which is also an excellent service.

Venture caravans are a great company, easy to deal with, great communication and very friendly, Matt was a pleasure to deal with and he made the purchase of our new caravan a great experience.

We met with Dave Webb of Venture to look around a Burstner B66 594 TD Motorhome. This was our first time looking to purchase a Motorhome. It was a straightforward, smooth and enjoyable experience. From viewing and deposit to final purchase and handover day (4 weeks) we were supported by him by email and phone in addressing all our questions and requests. If Dave wasn't available, his colleagues were equally knowledgeable and helpful.

An end to end fantastic experience, from initial enquiry, viewings and eventual handover. The Customer Experience was sublime.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Hitchin Caravans- a motorhome this time.
They originally sold the vehicle new, and have looked after it since- this is evident in the quality of the vehicle and in the superb preparation carried out to address any and all minor issues, even those that I had not identified. I can find nothing wrong with the vehicle- it is effectively "as new", even though it is 6 years old. Although familiar with caravans, the handover video, by Harry, emailed prior to collection was very helpful to me in identifying the differences between caravans and motorhomes. Steph has been very efficient, honest, answered all queries that I raised and met all agreed dates. I thoroughly recommend Hitchin Caravans without reservation.

A great range of campervan to choose from and a well equipped camping store attached. Steph was an excellent sales person from our initial telephone conversation to a final purchase. The handover was really well compiled with a video sent the night before, and a full guided tour on the day of collection. I really would recommend this place to visit if you are looking to purchase a campervan or motor home.

Excellent service. After purchasing a used Bailey unicorn cadiz from them, we found a couple of issues. We contacted Adam from after sales who dealt with the issues brilliantly. Arranged collection of the van, rectified the problems and then returned the van. Brilliant, highly recommend.

Steph outlined a clear and competative deal and did exactly as she said she would from start to finish. I couldnt have asked for anything more.

On our initial arrival we had the opportunity to look around the motorhomes we were interested in. Spending time to look at a particular model we had seen advertised on their website. Only when we were ready did we speak with a member of the team. Their knowledge of the features, build quality of the model was second to none.
The negotiations with the purchase was simple and very upfront with no hidden punches. For once a pleasant experience.
This experience was repeated on the day of collection/handover. This being supported by a personal video from the member of the sales team explaining all features of the motorhome and the operating features of heating, water etc.
Venture caravan and motorhomes deserve this 5 star rating for a spot on experience.

What a great place to by a caravan
I saw there website and thought i would go have a look as not far from Northampton
There was 3 caravans i was interested in so thought on the off chance we just dropped in even though they recommended making an appointment
On arrival we walked in the shop and asked about the caravans i was interested in
We was introduced to Dave one of the sales guys who took us to view the 3 i was interested in
He left us alone no pressure to look around them on our own any questions was answered after we had looked
I asked about part exchange he gave us a rough price and told us to bring it over for a valuation
We took it over and they offered us more than they first thought without seeing it
We agreed and left our part exchange with them
2 weeks later they sent us a handover video which went through everything about the caravan which was realy helpful
We picked up are new to us caravan this morning and are over the moon with it
New tyres fitted serviced valeted all looking pristine
