Excellent service from start to finish.
Great advice on what unit best suited my price bracket / needs and car.
During the process from buying to fitting I was kept upto date and on the day of fitting the whole system was fully explained and demonstrated so I was left In mo doubt of how to work the unit in my car.

Great service from Sham. Talked me through the selection of the right size screen for my A class. Kept me upto date and arrived at my home on time. Both screen and reversing camera fitted in less than an afternoon. Talked me through all the new features and car looks immaculate, looks like both screen and camera have been there since new !! So happy, well done Sham.

What a guy Contacted him 2 day ago and within 48 hours I now have new Head unit Apple CarPlay he is most Humble person going He goes The extra mile for the customer highly recommend

Recently purchased a Mini and found it did not have Apple car play. Contact Veehive and got a reply really quickly, they set up for Aiden their technician to come out to my house and check it out.

Aiden came to my house checked out the system, told me exactly what I needed and the link to pay for it on their website. Communication was excellent while I waited and then Aiden came out and fitted it. Slight issue with the software as defaulted to android, but no issue for him , he got the correct update and sorted it and now Apple car play is working. Mini direct told me it could not be retro fitted and we’re not interested, so thank you Veehive.

I would definitively recommend Veehive and thank you Aiden for amazing friendly customer service.

Recently got the VeeHive team to fit a smart screen to my Nissan Qashqai - which includes apple CarPlay so that I can remove all phone holder and etc. and go hands free. The VeeHive team also personalised my preference by asking which apps I wanted, and they added YouTube & Netflix on the system itself. The screen works perfect with the car system in perfect cohesion and harmony.

Top of line works, high level of professionalism, very friendly and responds to enquiries very well. They are also on hand at any moment, if I had any questions in the first months of using it.

Highly recommend, I don't think I'd be able to drive without it.

I was recommended by a friend and it was definitely worth it! Sham was a great help in picking the correct screen for my car and talking me through the whole process via what’s app. He gave regular replies to me which boosted my confidence in the company. The CarPlay screen arrived and has worked flawlessly thus far. Keep up the good work and definitely recommended!

Customer service from Sham was amazing. All my questions answered very quickly. I initially wasn’t sure if Veehive offer the apple car play upgrade to my Range Rover so I email and asked. Sham came back to me very quickly and asked for a photo. Once sent Sham called me and said they can do it and can schedule me in next day for a home installation. The system runs perfectly on the Range Rover Vouge and runs seamlessly with the Range system. I previously used VEEHIVE for my Mercedes and have recommended to friends many times.

I got the head unit from my brother who had an accident, and unfortunately when they removed the unit they didn’t think to remove the cables, so I went on google and managed to get their number and messaged them how much the cable would cost. Long story short, on Friday the 09.08 I made a payment of £85 for the cables and 24h tracked shipment. I was told I’d recieve the item on Tuesday. They also promised I’d get a tracking number by Monday latest. Well let me just tell you that after making the payment they are not longer replying to me. I’ve tried contacting them many times. The only thing to do now is to contact my bank and try getting my money back.

Awesome upgrade!

Got a screen retro fitted to my BMW and completely changed the feel of the car interior, where there was once a central glove box now is a smart looking screen with all the features you could want.

Very friendly team that fitted the screen quickly, he also took the time to demo how it all worked which was a nice touch.

If you want to upgrade your car without spending to much this is definelty the way to go!

Great and quick service. Was super friendly and kept me up to date on where we were meeting etc and explained everything he was doing. As there was a bit of miscommunication between me and VeeHive I received the updated iDrive 6 for free as courtesy which gives the car a more modern feel instead of the older version. Everything works amazing. Highly recommend VeeHive

i purchased a ford fiesta screen they told me that my local depot had it but he just made me wait 3 weeks still havnt recieved anything AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Apple car play was fitted a while ago and instantly problems began. Touchscreen was inoperable with the screen constant scrolling left to right. Power issues, the charge lead won't recharge or hold charge on the Iphone. When a call is made no one can hear my voice. The system overides the headset and becomes a tangled mess with the cars set up and sometimes wont connect wirelessly and hangs up. Customer service is a let down too with none of the issues being fixed. I was promised an update to alleviate the issues but it never came. Car play currently doesn't work and looking at other options. Terrible upgrade and best avoided.

Jeez. Where to begin!
I bought a unit around a year ago to upgrade the screen in my car and to get Apple car play.
It arrived, got installed and right away to problems began!
The unit when it works is great, however, over the last yea It’s worked a handful of times. Either it won’t connect to my phone or not play any sound.

Originally I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and I reached out for support via email. Nothing.
So I then contacted them via Instagram. Got a response saying to email them.
I emailed again.
Once again nothing! (This repeated a few times)
Finally I have given up!
All I have left to say is don’t go near this company! Even if they were to offer you it for free, stay away!

Shocking stock and even worse customer service.

I came across Veehive on Instagram and enquired about a screen for my car .

I was initially looking at the wrong one , luckily I made contact with them and they told me which one to purchase and gave me a discount code. Unfortunately I wanted to be able to save up for this screen so I left it for a while .

Took me a couple months or so to save up and then I was ready to purchase , but then I came across bad reviews. I was a bit gutted but I had chatted with the owner and seen all the stories on Instagram and I personally was happy , so I purchased it on my credit card just in case .

It arrived in just under a week and the reversing camera a week after the screen .

As a typical woman I wanted my screen fitted asap so my ex fitted it but we struggled to connect the sound up . There was no instructions apart from labels on the wires . We got it working but through the Bluetooth on my phone which meant I had to keep touching my phone to sort it out , which wasn’t the point of this wireless touch screen.

I tried to call and message - no answer - I put it down to the owner being a very busy person .

Finally a few days later the owner got back to me , turns out my ex hadn’t connected it up right .

So now I have the maps Spotify Netflix etc sound coming from the correct place and no need to touch my phone !!!

It’s sometimes a bit slow but overall I am happy with my purchase .

Maybe Veehive could put in instructions and maybe hire someone to answer calls etc - that’s their only downfall .
