I bought a Thule bike carier best price on internet and was here in three days from Holland. quicker than I could have got it from an english dealer. most impressed.

Compré un Viernes a las 19:00 de la tarde, no tenían el producto en stock, el lunes de la semana siguiente me enviaron por la tarde el mail con el número de seguimiento del envío y el viernes lo tenia en casa. Total del tiempo entre la compra y recibirlo en casa 2 semanas, para no tener el producto en stock podían haber ido más rápido, pero el precio era demasiado bueno para no comprar en esta tienda.

Veclo is a great site the only problem is that they use Chronopost for sending gear .Chronopost never find me door belt ...I alway be oblige to get me stuff several km far away in their main store .
Ups or Dhl knock at me door ...

Easy and reliable!

Everything went well. The only thing I had problems with was in the last moment before then order went throught. The two last point I have to sign was on dutch.

Do not answer emails and do not know what state is my purchase and so far I have not received yet.
We have sent several emails to me indicating that the carrier has the package to track and have not been answered, just sent me the tracking number and not as a track.
According to the website was 3 to 5 working days, and many more have gone unanswered.

I've used support 2 times and liked, easy and quick to assemble, is better than putting the bikes on the roof of the car, more comfortable. It seems safe, no vibrations on the road and has quality.
