Wczoraj po zleceniu wypłaty na blika 100 zł wystąpił problem z logowaniem skontaktowałem się z czatem w tej kwestii i musiałem znowu przesyłać wszystkie dokumenty weryfikacyjne oraz historię transakcji w moim rachunku bankowym po czym zażądano ode mnie zrobienia zrzutu ekranu z aplikacji mobilnej lub serwisu internetowego. Problem w tym że nie można robić zrzutów ekranów w aplikacji bankowej. Pani zasugerowała mi rozwiązanie żebym zrobił zdjęcie z innego urządzenia ekranu aplikacji, czyli de facto złamał procedurę bezpieczeństwa. Temat mojego logowania zawis w powietrzu i został rozwiązany. Jestem długoletnim graczem kasyna dlatego tym bardziej jestem zawiedziony postawą pracownikow. Szczerze nie polecam jeśli to tak dalej będzie wyglądać.
