Terrible service. We have waited 65 minutes for the food. Waiters were very rude.

I rather would have liked to have a sigaret for dinner. Dinner was really gross. How can cheese be disgusting?

Lancer une commande à 13h39, recevoir les pizzas commandées, à 14h05, je veux bien comprendre que l'affluence est la raison de cette attente, mais la boisson n'était pas arrivée avant 14h20.
En gros il faut attendre pas loin de 3/4 heure pour avoir au moins la boisson
Si vous êtes pressé oubliez cette adresse, par ailleurs les pizzas sont bonnes

Jag är ytterst besviken på både personal och kockar! Jag och min kompis beställde en varsin carbonara men relativt höga förväntningar. Pastan var urusel och smakade bränd olja. Min kompis lämnade in pasta och sa att den smakade illa. Tillbaka fick hon en ännu sämre pasta med ingen smak allt. Värdelöst!!! Gå inte hit jag är djupt besviken!!!!!! Ni är seriöst sämst på att laga mat min 9 åriga lillasyster kan till och mer bättre. Efter denna upplevelse mår jag otroligt illa av den värdelösa pastan jag får kvällningar och har tendens att kräkas på plats. Med det sagt vill jag rikta några ord till kockarna: SMAKA AV MATEN! Det verkade som att ni missade hemkunskapsundervisningen i skolan, ni gick säkert ut med 80 i merit, kanske fundera på att gå i komvux eftersom att efter alla de recessioner som jag har läst verkar det som att ni inte kan sköta erat jobb. Efter att ha själv varit där kan jag instämma. Gå aldrig hit om ni inte vill beställa urusel pasta till ett helt ORIMLIGT PRIS.

Pastan hade ingen smak alls och smakade nästan bränd olja. Fick en ny pasta men den var bara en ny besvikelse. I en tillstymmelse till någon form av smak. Rent av ÄCKLIGT. Gå inte hit pastan kostade också skojrtan o brallan!

Our server Yvan was super polite and respectful. It was lovely to meet him. The food was very good and was served very quickly. Yvan made sure that we had everything we needed. Will definitely comeback for the amazing food and the best server

Personeel spreekt geen Nederlands. Bijna 5 euro voor een cola. Past totaal niet bij de geboden supermatige service.

We used to love Vapiano in Bonn when we ordered food directly with the person who cooked it in front of you. Really was the best in terms of freshness and flavour.

We moved overseas 9 years ago and yesterday were back in Bonn for the first time, so we rushed to Vapiano.

Now the ordering system is crappy, impersonal and results in long waits and poor quality food. Either you order at a kiosk like McDonalds, or via a confusing phone app.

I gave this feedback to the staff and they all readily agreed that the new system is dreadful.

It’s not the staffs fault, it’s the incompetent poorly designed process system and incompetent management.

If Vapiano can’t improve, they’ll go bust with a year or two for sure.

Wat een slechte service, een manager die je klacht niet serieus neemt en niet eens Nederlands spreekt. Meteen dreigen met beveiliging na een foutje met de bestelling om je de zaak uit te zetten als je dan vraagt om je geld terug te krijgen omdat je je eten om die reden niet kan eten dan gooit ze het eten op tafel en loopt weg en belt meteen de beveiliging.

Ze kan een communicatie training van de beveiliger volgen. Die stond mij namelijk wel gewoon netjes en begripvol te woord.

Cold food, seperate eating. Ordered pasta and the bread was coming minutes later

A Vélizy 2, une cantine sans âme perchée au 1er étage sans ascenseur (c'est normal ça, M Westfield?), avec belle terrasse surplombant l'entrée du ciné.
Qualité à peine moyenne, et concept "zéro service", comme dans un fast food, pour le prix d'un restau standard. Bref ça frise l'arnaque ! J'aurais dû lire les avis, la plupart très mauvais, ça m'aurait évité une triste expérience dans ce "restau" que je recommande ... de fuir.
M Westfield, rendez-nous une vraie pizzeria où il fait bon dîner, avec des vrais serveurs professionnels !

Le principe de fonctionnement de ce restaurant est à revoir complètement. Il faut scanner pour avoir le menu, tout le monde n'a pas un téléphone, et les personnes âgées ne peuvent pas y aller du fait de la complexité de ce fonctionnement. Il faut revenir à une carte papier.
De plus, il faut aller annoncer au bar, qu'ils peuvent apporter le dessert, car les serveurs ne font qu'apporter les plats sans s'occuper de suivre l'avancement du repas.
Les assiettes ne sont pas ramassées, donc tout reste sur la table pendant tout le repas, et ce n'est pas professionnel, ni agréable.
Quand à la qualité des plats, il y a beaucoup à faire, ce sont des plats ordinaires qui ne valent pas le détour ni le prix.
Je suis très déçu, je ne recommande pas ce restaurant, dommage, car l'établissement est agréable, c'est le seul point positif. C'est la première et dernière fois que je vais dans ce restaurant.

They have great $15 pizza or pasta lunch specials. The pizzas are tasty and enough to feed 2 people.

We waren met 7 man aan 't eten en de laatste kreeg het eten pas toen de rest klaar was.
De toiletten waren bijzonder vies en ze deden er niets aan toen we ze erop attent maakte.

we went to Vapiano Manchester - firstly the positive - the food was good - in fact very good - unfortunately completely spoiled with the dreadful service we received - queued up for ages to get a table but other restaurants were far busier - got shown to our table and given a menus then the waitress. ‘Disappeared’ 20 mins later after we had asked three staff members could we please order we finally ordered - our starter arrived - we had no serviettes or cutlery and the drinks we had ordered a while ago had not arrived - we ate our starters with fingers snd I fished out my packet of tissues we used as serviettes - our main arrived and we eventually got cutlery serviettes snd yes drinks eventually arrived - after finishing the main I asked for the bill - I’d honestly had enough - then I asked again and asked again - eventually we got our coats on and walked up to the desk to pay - the food was good but the service is probably the worst I’ve ever had and I will never ever go there again

Wilde hier even eten, maar als je geen bankieren doet op telefoon kun je hier onmogelijk betalen?

Gelukkig waren er aardige andere klanten die me geholpen hebben met bestellen en betalen.
Die heb ik dan ook contant kunnen betalen inclusief de fooi die hun meer dan toekwam!

My recent visit to Vapiano in Utrecht, specifically on Wednesday at 19:30 at table 501, was utterly disappointing. Accompanied by two friends, we anticipated a delightful evening of dining and celebration. However, our experience quickly turned into a series of service catastrophes, hygiene concerns, and managerial disrespect that I cannot overlook.

We arrived together and placed our orders simultaneously, hoping for a harmonious dining experience. However, our expectations were shattered when our food arrived in a staggered and disjointed manner. While one friend received his pizza promptly, my other friend and I were left waiting in vain for our pasta dishes. After 30 minutes, my friend's pasta finally arrived after a small discussion about which pasta was his out of the two. By this time, my friend with the pizza had already finished, and I was still left waiting.

To add insult to injury, when I inquired about my missing dish, the Asian waitress attempted to serve me a pasta dish that had been sent back from another table after only 5 minutes and subsequently sat in front of the chef for another 10 minutes. Our seating arrangement luckily provided a clear view of the kitchen, allowing us to witness this appalling act firsthand.

The audacity of such a reckless act, especially when the dish was returned by another guest due to being incorrect, is a clear violation of basic hygiene standards and customer trust.

Only after I confronted the Asian waitress with what I had witnessed and expressed my profound concerns about the service did she reluctantly agree to prepare a fresh pasta dish. This should have been the standard protocol, rather than a reaction to customer complaints.

Thirty agonizing minutes later, instead of receiving an apology or a fresh pasta, manager Andre arrived on the scene with an entourage of FOUR security guards and 16 euros for the pasta that was never served, demanding that we leave. Initially, he attempted to lie by claiming that the pizza and pasta were served together, only to later correct himself, admitting that he had been misinformed by his staff. This disproportionate and intimidatory response compounded our distress and exacerbated an already volatile situation.

When I attempted to address these issues with Andre and requested contact information to lodge a formal complaint, my concerns were callously dismissed. Instead of offering reassurance or accountability, he callously brushed off my request and provided the incorrect email address the info email, further compounding the disrespect and disregard for customer satisfaction.

In summary, our dining experience at Vapiano Utrecht was nothing short of a disgrace. The abject failure of service, the egregious health risks, and the sheer disrespect displayed by the staff and management are utterly inexcusable. I implore prospective diners to exercise caution and avoid this establishment until they undertake comprehensive reforms and prioritize the safety, satisfaction, and dignity of their customers.

Note: I will be forwarding this review along with others to the Dutch health care department due to the serious hygiene concerns raised during my visit here.

The security guards deserve commendation for their professionalism, but manager Andre and the Asian waitress should face consequences for their unethical behavior. Ordering Italian food should not result in receiving a Chinese-wokked Italian dish recycled from another table. This establishment's practices are reprehensible, and I hope they face appropriate repercussions for their actions. Disgusting. 🤮🤮🤢🤢

Ze zijn onderbezet aan personeel en je moet vaak 1 uur of langer op je eten wachten.
De laatste keer dat ik bij Vapiano heb gegeten was in Utrecht. We hadden meerdere malen aangegeven hoe lang het nog ging duren vooral omdat sommige mensen die na ons aankwamen en ook pasta hadden besteld nog eerder hun
eten kregen. Heb aan de bediening die eindelijk het eten kwam brengen na 70 minuten gevraagd voor de manager om een klacht in te dienen. Kwam er 5min later zo'n popie jopie aan met een attitude. Totaal onverschillig en onvriendelijk. Ik sta er echter niet versteld van dat zo iemand is aangesteld als manager. Ik ga er iig nooit meer heen. Eten is ook erg acheruit gegaan. Heb een paar happen genomen en de rest laten staan. Had al geen trek meer na zo'n ervaring.
