Je ne comprend pas les avis négatifs. J'ai été deux fois au Vapiano de Paris La Défense il y a longtemps et j'en suis sortie aussi repu que jamais avec un plat de pâtes tout aussi délicieux que ce que j'imaginais. Et aujourd'hui, nouvelle commande faites au Vapiano de St Pierre et on m'a accueillit à bras ouvert malgré la peu de l'inconnu et encore une fois je m'étais bien régaler.

A mon avis, mes avis négatifs sont juste les rageur qui ne peuvent pas déverser leur haine sur Google

I have better food from Iceland.
Ordering via Ap is stupid, food comes at different times and is tastles, overcooked or undercooked.
They cant even cut a pizza properly ! i had to use the knife and fork to cut it.
Total waste of £107 I could have made larger and tasiter portions for £20.

Tout simplement pas bon ! Pâtes collantes, sauce bolognaise grasse, il faut payer avant d être servi. Bref à éviter ! Vapiano Velizy

Vanavond in Eindhoven Irish Coffee en Italian Coffee besteld: een enorme teleurstelling. De prijs op zich is al erg hoog in vergelijking tot andere horecazaken en dan krijg je nog eens enorm weinig. Er zat een heel klein beetje koffie in het glas en de whisky resp. amaretto was ver te zoeken. Nooit meer bestellen en anderen aanraden het daar ook niet te doen. Weggegooid geld.

Went to Vapiano Manchester Corn Exchange last night, apparently my daughter’s friends raves about this place, but I’m not sure why!

Pros
The app is great, easy to order and pay for your food.
The traditional Bruchetta was really tasty.

Cons
Starters ordered but brought separately, and before any drinks had arrived. Spoke with the manager and let him know, the other starter arrived after the first had been eaten. Drinks arrived, one rosé and one red, no questions as to whether he was giving us the right drink, almost threw them at us.

My daughter enjoyed her pasta rich beef ragù with tagliatelle, I had the same but with Penne. The pasta was under done and there was no richness to the sauce at all and very little beef involved.

This restaurant expects you to pay for your food and a service charge upfront, but you’re not getting good service. No-one came and asked if our food was okay at any point. I will not be returning.

Highly overrated in price.
Taste was medior.

Dåligt kokt pasta som inte smakade något. Fördrinkar var kvar när huvudrätten kom in och sen kom vinet..

Went to Vapiano Paddington for my sons Birthday meal... unfortunately not having checked TrustPilot first. The ordering system is good however at 1900 half of the starters and some of the drinks were unavailable. The menu was disappearing as we were trying to order as items ran out Not expected this early for an Italian to have no Lasagna. Of the remaining items avaliable the BBQ chicken pizza was not BBQ flavoured and the chicken was dry and tasteless... The La Carne Picante was OK but again underwhelming with the only spicy flavour being the Jalapeño.
I spoke to the manager who was nice and he said had we not liked anything they would have corrected it. He said they lack of menu was because they had been busy yesterday. Because you have to pay when you order there is no rapport with the waiter and it asks for a tip before you have had any service... bad model.
Not the Italian service you associate with an Italian restaurant...its more like a takeaway with seats.

SCHANDALIGE WACHTTIJD!!!
Wij hebben hier 2 pizza’s besteld na 45 min wachten vroeg ik aan de kok hoelang het nog ging duren waarop hij als antwoord gaf dat ze binnen 5 minuten klaar zouden zijn. Een kwartier later hadden wij onze eten nog niet. We hebben uiteindelijk maar onze spullen gepakt en ons geld teruggevraagd. Ik zou eerder naar happy italy gaan of oets dergelijks blijf hier ver uit de buurt!!!

1 ster is zelfs te veel, meer dan anderhalf uur op onze pizza's gewacht, geen reden hiervoor gegeven...

De bestelling duurde heel lang heb 1 uur gewacht , duurde lang tot dat ze de tafel hadden opgeruimd

Je viens de lire quelques avis et c est sans surprise que je constate le même mécontentement.
Restaurant très impersonnel.
Faut scanner son QR code pour passer une commande, ainsi vous n'avez plus le conseille et l'explication du serveur sur les plats que vous ne connaissez pas!!!
Le temps d'attente est très long!!
Vous n'avez ni carafe d'eau et verres sur la table, ni mini grignotage pour vous faire patienter!
Lorsque la commande arrive, encore une surprise, toujours pas d'eau et pas de pain proposé!!!!!!
Le clou du repas!!! UNE PIZZA FROIDE ET VRAIMENT PAS BONNE!!!! Sauce et garniture de très mauvaise qualité, même une pizza surgelé est meilleure!!!
Faut payer à la commande, ben comme ça, c est pratique, vous ne pouvez plus contester quoiqu ce soit!
J'ai du me lever au moins 3 fois pour aller faire des réclamations à une serveuse débordée!
Seule point positif. L'accueil sympathique du personnel qui reste neutre et stoïque face à nos questions!!!!!!
Donc, très mauvaise première expérience!
Comme je suis très curieuse, je vais y retourner une fois et choisir un autre plat pour constater si toutes nos critiques sont prises en compte car finalement c est là qu est le but!!!!!!
Faut aller chercher son dessert soi meme!!!

L attente est extrêmement longue.

Pasta besteld. Dat leek wel een deegbal. De slechste pasta ooit gegeten. alhoewel, helaas niet opgegeten. wel een echte beleving. Deze ervaring neemt niemand meer van me af.

We hadden pasta en pizza bij vapiano leidschendam afgelopen maandag gegeten. De pasta was als een rubber en de pizza was zo dun en vreselijke smaak. Het eten bij vapiano is nu veel te duur en levert geen kwaliteit. Geld verspilling en komt nooi meer terug.

Vapiano Amstelstraat:
Elisabeth heeft ons zo warm en vriendelijk ontvangen, en naar onze tafel gebracht.
Ons eten en drinken werd snel geserveerd door 2 hele vriendelijke obers. Bij het weggaan wensten ze ons een fijne avond.
Toen we weer weggingen werden we zelfs begroet door een schoonmaker die ons ook een fijne avond wenste.

Elisabeth vroeg ons of alles naar wens was en wenste ons bij het weggaan ook een fijne avond en hoopte ons snel weer te zien. Wij hopen haar ook snel weer te zien. Zo'n warm ontvangst en afscheid hebben wij bij Vapiano nog niet meegemaakt! Complimenten voor Elisabeth!!!

Aujourd’hui je me suis vue refuser car j’étais accompagnée d’un chien d’assistance en formation!🤬 la législation permet à ces chiens d’accéder à tous les lieux ouverts au public! Il m’a proposé la terrasse mais on s’est vu refuser l’intérieur du restaurant! Quelle honte cette discrimination à l’emplacement. Le jour où une personne handicapée sera au bout de la laisse il fera de même. De plus il est dans l’illégalité et mériterait une amande. Un signalement sera effectué auprès des autorités!
Nous sommes partis déjeuner ailleurs où nous avons eu un accueil beaucoup plus chaleureux!

The good bit - the food was good.
The bad - the service was appalling. We had a table booked and on arrival we were pointed in the general direction of a seating area and told you are in there. No indication if there was a table allocated to us so we just claimed one. We were told on arrival that food would take around 35 minutes to arrive which was fine. We ordered and paid via an app. Oddly, when paying upfront we were asked if we wanted to add a tip. Strange as we hadn't received any service at this point.
There were 4 of us and we ordered two garlic breads and four main courses. The garlic breads arrived separately around five minutes apart which wasn't great. After 45 minutes we still hadn't received the main courses so we asked when we would get them. We were told 2 main courses were on the way to the table and the other 2 would be a further 5-7 minutes. Sure enough 2 arrived within a minute. About 5 minutes later one more main course arrived but with no cutlery. We asked for some and this seemed to cause a panic and we watched 2 members of staff searching for cutlery for the next 5 minutes. Eventually they fished some cutlery out of a plastic container and brought it to us - it may have been clean cutlery or it may not. Who knows.

The final main course still hadn't arrived at this point. It finally came about 55 minutes after it was ordered. At no point was there any acknowledgement that all the food had been served in a random fashion and there was no apology.

I can't imagine us ever going here again.

Een dik uur moeten wachten op de pasta bol. De rest van het gezelschap had de pizza al lang op. Vapiano Eindhoven. Zeer slechte service

Eten kwam na 10000 jaar, geld ging twee keer van de rekening👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 geen aanrader!!!!!!!!
