I made an online purchase at this retailer on May 13 for 4 bottles of vape juice (ejuice), one of one flavor and 3 of another flavor. 3 days later I had not gotten a confirmation or anything from the company so I emailed them asking them what the status is and the next day I got two emails. One saying my shipment is going to be shipped (via an automatic label printed) and one for a refund for three of the four bottles. So I emailed them back asking why I got a refund for three of them and also a shipment notification. They emailed hours later telling me they did not have the items to send to me. I promptly responded requesting the order be cancelled. I sent this email not even 15 minutes after they sent me the email. That was on the 17th of May. Today, May 21, I still got that one item in the mail. I emailed them a little while ago and asked if I can start the return process. They immediately responded (less than 10 minutes later) to inform me that:

" We do not have a problem taking back unopened items. You would have to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee."

This is unacceptable. It was their fault that they had items listed that they did not have, listed in stock. And I was very quick to request the order cancellation as it wasn't worth it to only order one bottle. I placed an order elsewhere which I received today as well ironically. I want to return this product but I am not paying for shipping due to their error and I am ESPECIALLY not paying a restocking fee... again, due to THEIR error.

Ordered Geek Vape IM4 coils, they sent me Geek Vape Z coils which will not work in my devise. Emailed three times since they arrived on 3/13/23 and still have not received any response from them, tried to call once and it went to voice mail. Guess I am just out the $54. BEWARE!

I made my purchase and shortly after read all the reviews which made me extremely worried.

Waited 5 days and recieved notification my shipment was on the way.

For where I am located everything arrived safely and secure and in a timely manner. All products are as described and in good condition.

Vape Official was Legit in my transaction and I look forward to future business.

Could not process my order but processed the payment.

My 1st order of 5 was bad enough. Only 3 of 5 units worked. I decided to give them a 2nd chance and ordered 4 more. I received that order today and ALL 4 WERE CRACKED, LEAKING, OR JUST DID NOT WORK!!!!! They had been corresponding with me via text all week, but will not respond to the defective order I received! They know what they are doing - RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! I will be reporting them to BBB as well as local police and my bank.

Worst company ever! Do not purchase unless you want to wait 60 days after paying for speedy shipping and email then asking and being told, we can’t ship orders if you bug us asking! We have 2 employees and then they cancel your order! I reordered and wait another 30 days and email for status and again they cancel. You’re not allowed to question them or they just cancel. I told them I am giving them a bad review and they actually threatened me. Beware!

Worst website I ever bought from.
I paid $118 for a product that was completely broken, and all they had to say was "don't bother us with that , send it to the people who made it .
So now I'm out $118 plus now I have to ship it to the manufacturer.

Received a mod from them that was DOA, contacted them within 48 hours per the instructions on their website. In short, their response to me was that it wasn’t their problem. Almost $100 down the drain. I thought this company was just misunderstood, but now I realize they’re actually dishonest and shady.

This business is operated by dishonest people! Beware!! They will omit items from your order and/or substitute at their whim instead of notifying you they are out of stock. After several unanswered email attempts, they ask for photo proof of what you received (which was still unopened) and then tell you they checked and they sent everything when…NO, they didn’t. I got ripped off for $18 but, think about how much money they make by ripping everyone off a little here and there and lying that they sent everything. They offered a refund for the erred item but they must be joking to think I would trust them with that…then they would get the item and keep my money just like they did when they omitted an item from the order. I will NEVER give them another chance. Dishonest business people are the worst!

Worst site I ever bought from!

I payed extra for 2 day shipping and it took over 2 1/2 weeks for me to get my package from them! They took forever to answer me back on email about if my purchase was shipped yet and then stopped answering all together. I’m shocked I ever got my package at all! I asked them how are they going to make this right before I have to leave this bad review and they never got back to me. The phone number nobody picks up.
Don’t use them save your money.

This company has a problem with timelines and response to inquiries. Its been over a week and my item has not even shipped yet, email inquiries to the order have been ignored.

The man is a liar. We were told he shipped our order when he didn’t. We emailed and Called got no response.
When we blocked our number and call they finally answered and was rude the entire time. Don’t waste your time ordering from these people. Go to west coast vapes or element vapes!!!’
