Purchased a Caddy Maxi for my grandad who still needed to get around and needed something automatic and the over the phone service as they had the 68 plate caddy in stock and the body work and mechanical standard of the vechile was has yet to let me down 2 week later. only let down was the inperson service due to them being quite busy with other customers meaning it took a little longer to get signed off and sent out however once i was seen to i felt welcomed and appropriatly and was happy to answer any of my additional questions.

Had a great experience with Monty. Got me a lovely little VW caddy at a great price. Explained to me the issues with it and was completely open and transparent. Only problem that I had is that it took me about 2 hours to choose my van due to the large amount of stock they have.

Saw a Nissan Elgrand on sale for a decent price with all the bells and whistles.
Spoke to them on the phone, quick and simple, had it delivered next day.
Easy as you like

Time has come to tell people about vanstation...
I have indirectly worked with vanstation for a few years now as I have worked on 8 vans for friends building interiors rust removal, insulation install etc.
All the vans have been as described and as in the pictures, but why stop there ask questions and the team are happy to help.
I have just brought my van off them over the phone, I have studied the pictures watched the walk through taken screen shots viewed those and asked questions with fast replies, answer's and back up pictures to show what we are on about..

What more can you ask for?

The team at vanstation in the dealings I have had with them have been honest upfront & great communication response times..

KEEP WELL AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY Bought a vehicle from these crooks to transport my mobility scooter .they took my money robbed me for a dud and laughed at me when i eventually got to speak to there awful manager Monty who told me they were not interested and put the phone down . £4500 out of pocket and left with a piece of scap.

Probably be better if they gave you the vehicle that you paid them for tbh .

Delivered my Nissan primastar on a trailer, with no starter motor, hardly any working lights. 50% handbrake effectiveness. Blue smoke coming from the exhaust. The delivery drivers couldn't get away quickly enough when the van was on the ground. I was left with no way other than to have it towed to a relative's house so that I could decide what to do with it. If I could swear I would on this review, they are total rubbish.

Stay clear of these. Fake decripsions! all lies to get you to part with your money.

Could not of been more unhelpful on Facebook. Refused to measure the length of a van?! Told me to look online, I told them the details were not there as it was a luton style.

So strange, is they can't give customer service before selling a van, good luck after.

I bought a Toyota Hiace of these guys for a fair price - 2 years on I am back looking to buy another after having 0 issues. The lads are very accommodating and half the sausages leaving negative reviews fail to do any sort of research or even read the description. They are up front with any issues the van may have and the vans are hpi checked prior to sale. It’s even in the advert! Would 100% recommend van station to anyone. Take into account the vans are trade sale - if you want a show room condition van go and pay showroom prices. The red/amber/green system they have is great and the vans are priced fair.

SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET MONEY BACK!
Brought a van from them was miss sold tried to get in contact to sort but was ignored.
Google small claims court through government pay roughly £50/£80 fill it all out online and let it run the process,
Keep all evidence as might be required.

Sold me a van. It came and stared to overheat within 4 miles. Absolutely disgrace as they’re refusing to help and it looks like loads have the same problem. They turn reviews off on Google and can’t let you leave feedback on eBay. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY

Bought a vehicle from this company, rang them numerous times, no reply, the van was a stolen van, police have the van. solicitors now involved to recover money back,

Bought my van with a knocking engine, that's fine. Potential new engine!!!
I bought a new engine had it fitted all good...
I go check the mot and no van? Not known or seen.
Sk my mate is a very good mechanic and mot inspector so ask him!
He tells me it was marked as destroyed in November 23, but I bought it in Sept 23 how is that possible...
Anyway van is fixed and ready for work and it's ruined. Multiple emails and calls to Vanstation they don't give a flying fu**!!!!! Not interested had the money and jog on is the attitude. So I've instructed my solicitor to go to town on this...
Avoid these sharks......

I bought from vanstation in the past and since they changed representative a guy name Jamie was rude and the main reason I would never buy from them again he has no customer relation I would take my business elsewhere and from some of these comments people have left in here they are too, vanstation due to that so call manager Jamie you lost thousands of pounds in business.

Awful Company and the Rep Jamie just as bad. Advertising Vehicle all HPI clear when the vehicle arrives the V5 previously damaged and then on hpi it clearly stated previously damaged repaired! Brought it to the attention of the company and rep both ignoring me now so Don’t Deal with these Sharks .Solicitors letter to follow

Sales agent said there were 2 keys, only 1 turned up, after asking 3 times and talking to another agent, no further communication, nothing, going to cost me £250 at least to get a replacement

Please google there 1star reviews on here and other websites do your home work and ask your self y do they all near enough the same negative feedback !! There after sales if u have a problem is you get a different person each call and I found out the hard way telling me they would speak to manager and asking for video telling me they will see what they can do with the price I sent video of my van head gasket going to a number of different what app accounts all games I found out till one day after a week back and forth to get told leave us alone and kept putting phone down and then would not answer calls unless I withheld it caller display they was using and when I said about trading standard and small court they laughed and said see u in court! No logbook was told on phone it was in van a lie had to wait 6 weeks and pay another £2500 out on head gasket or cut my loses of nearly £3000 what I paid out for it! when it stated mechanically great and stated again in description “runs and drives great” and “gearbox pulls in all gears”that they got right, the rest all lies they brought 11.45pm on a Sunday night after getting load of bull story y it never came then took all day an night that they was stuck in traffic, checked all roads around and all was clear! would not release van off trailer till money was in bank, and then dropped it and drove off leaving it running in middle of road. Found out afterwards there that they have another group called “we buy broke vans”, so straight from there to there other company “van station”, I was to far to get there and I stupidly believed them and they played on that as they told me there mechanics are red hot on spotting things! Another lie but they could not spot water bubbling out of water bottle open or closed when van engine was cold. It was the after sales what was more annoying realising they was all playing games and leading me to believe they was going to help me out what annoyed me more. Ask your self y they have turned off reviews on certain websites? Ask your self y do most of the 5 star reviews all sound the same!! That to keep it above out of the 5 mark!! They have since updated their description and stating a bit more then I was told about there top class mechanics of faults with vans am glad to see, but I also know trading standards would of give them a downer on there receipts as I was told it was not valid as I am a private individual and cos it was brought to my house not to trader business as I am not a trader if they want to deal trade they are meant to trade to trader and give there pretty little disclaimer to them not to the public but I do see they have since changed this clearer stating about there trade sales it a shame it’s took so long!

Saw a camper on the website, due distance was unable to view. Rang and spoke to Gav who was happy to answer all my questions, explained the purchase delivery process. Left a deposit and delivery arranged. Was kept updated on delivery time and camper arrived as promised and as described. Very happy with my purchase, as described. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Thanks Gav
