Order two times. Both times, orders came entirely late. My last order, they waited 7 days after they printed the label to ship it. Then, after 10 days, they created a NEW shipping label, which tricked Shop into thinking it was delivered, when in reality, it wasn't. I emailed them and got no response like normal. Products are decent, but absolutely not worth the shady business schemes this company does. I am also reporting to the BBB since my email still isn't responded too. All of my social media followers, on my 5 accounts, will also know all about them as well. Ridiculous business practices. If they would just be honest and reply to emails, a lot of upset customers issues could be sorted. I would not recommend this company.

The shipping to Australia was actually very fast. I absolutely adore the glitters!! They are so vibrant and pigmented and easy to apply. I have only been able to try a few of the colours so far, but I absolutely love them and can't wait to try them all. The glitter is perfect for taking even my low-key date night looks to the next level. I can't wait to buy more!!

international shipping took way too long. i ordered so that my daughter could use the eyeshadows for her rhythmic gymnastics and dance competitions but the items arrived way after. ordered 13 march and it arrived four whooping weeks later.

Excellent! I would give this five stars, but the shipping was a little slow. The product itself is great. I got a glitter palette and the glitter does not crease or flake off. I used a primer and had great coverage all night. The colors are vivid and well pigmented. Would definitely purchase again!

The eyeshadows have no fall out and provide a wet look which I love. Easy to place o er other shadows or use alone. Great product!!
