Will not recommend at all. I still haven't received my package and Im starting to think I never will.
I made an order on Aug. 29th that was shipped on Sep 3rd by some company called Stallion express which hasn't updated the tracking since Sep. 10th.
I sent emails to Vanicosmetics "customer support" asking for help on finding out the issue on Sep 17, Sep 23 and Sep. 25, to which they have offered so far zero support except taking my money.
Edit: So I received my package on october 10th, exactly 42 days is the time it took with arrive. Zero answers from customer support, zero answers from Stallion express. Had to pay 20euros in customs otherwise it would be sent back. Will not recommend and will never Order again and I only gave another star because the order eventually arrived.

This experience with Vani Cosmetics has been so terrible. Just one thing after the other, just when I think it couldn’t get worse…

I return home this morning, after running some errands, to find a UPS door tag, saying, “sorry we’ve missed you and we will try again tomorrow” also we need $63.82 COD payment???

WHAT A JOKE! I won’t be paying another $64 for a palette I’ve already paid for AND waited 3 weeks to receive.

Feeling very frustrated and swindled, I decided to try and find out if other people have had similar experiences. Of course, trusted Reddit, had countless accounts of people relaying a lot of the same sentiments. Abusive and rude customer service exchanges, offering no help, no apologies or accountability. Trying
to push blame back on to the customer. When dealing with negative reviews, often they would try and discredit the reviewer, stating they were not actual customers. Furthering more frustration onto the customer / reviewer, when their credibility is then questioned, requesting documentation to prove they were a genuine customer. Severe problems with their shipping times and totally bogus quotes.

Shame on you Vani Cosmetics, what a terrible way to run a business.

It took a while to reach me, but they finally did. The glitters are very pretty, but the quality isn’t that great. It is a pain to take off meaning that I won’t be able to use them. In addition, the products are marketed for eyes but the box says that the product is not safe for the eye area. This is very misleading.

I have never received my package, it circulated with their shipping company Purolator and UPS. I have contacted them via email since there is no phone # and its been 2 days and no one has gotten back to me. Ups shows package was returned to sender.

The glitter eyeshadows are absolutely gorgeous! I always get compliments when I wear them. They are a bigger and chunkier glitter than I usually wear but very easy to apply using fingers, and they shine so beautifully in person.

Ordered 27th August - still not arrived - no correspondence!

Ridiculous shipping times with no correspondence advising when products are shipped. Won't be ordering again.

I love these glitters. Amazing colors, easy to use, no fallout, stays in place. I bought all the colors myself, and often buy them as gifts for friends as well. Every time someone compliments my glitter makeup, I tell them it's Vani Cosmetics! This stuff is legendary.

The products are amazing. They work as advertised, easy to apply, and stay on all day. They are at a great price point too. I will continue to recommend!

Soooo disappointed. The smallest bit flakes from my eyes all over my face and is impossible to rub or wash off. The colours are amazing but not worth it when I can’t use them.

I love the glitter shadows. I have a palette and a couple loose ones and I'll never go back to traditional eye shadows. I do have trouble with a couple shadows gathering into my crease even when using a glitter primer but it's easy to fix and I recommend these shadows to anyone who likes glitter.

The pressed glitter is amazing! Shipping was fast and they had great service. Will definitely be buying again.

The product is really good and came really nicely packaged. Sometimes when you see ads on Facebook you’re not sure if it’s genuine but this company is.

I love these pressed glitters! If you want to shine, these eye shadows are the best. The Ethereal Pressed Glitter makes me feel amazing always and lasts all day. The pressed glitters come in a cute little container now making them easier use. I always get compliments when I wear these, which is daily. Kudos to Vani Cosmetics for creating such a high-quality makeup product.
