Really quick free delivery, usually when you get free delivery it takes longer but not Vancatuk.com. Easy to order online, and a great range of products with full description of each item. I have used them for quite a while now as I am disabled and it is delivered to my door. I would highly recommend this and so would my cat Charlie.

I don't understand the smell.

This is a fantastic product but it always comes sooo tightly packed that the bags sometimes split. If I want to return it I have to pay the costs even though the bag had ripped and the litter was spilled out in the box. I already pay £11 postage so I don't want to pay another £11 to return faulty products. This is my only gripe and I wish they would sort it out!!!

I have just started to use VanCat a week ago, and so far it is brilliant. My cat’s pee clumps and I just scoop it out with the poo and the litter tray is left fresh. No strong ammonia smell, no need to completely change the litter several times a week. So far worth the money.

While I am totally satisfied with the product and the service received from you. Delivery leaves a lot to be desired my latest purchase was delivered today unfortunately I missed them it has now been taken to a local shop unfortunately I am a 70 year old disabled man who is more or less housebound so no way of collecting it or know anybody who can so I will lose my order and have to re order it
