Survey issues

Some of the surveys are really strange, I completely answered all the questions and at the end I get told it's closed or I didn't qualify. I contacted support and so far they have fixed my issue every time. I greatly appreciate that.

Scammers

I confirmed my ID card and after activating my account for a month, they deleted it and blocked the surveys. I don’t know why except that they are scammers.

Easy point redeemption

The surveys are easy to complete.Points add up very quickly ! For the first time, I redeemed some of my points.It took less than a minute to redeem points for an Amazon gift card.

They said that i cant be verified even…

They said that i cant be verified even thoug i did this twice as i had $20 on my account and was trying to redeem the money. However, this is what the reply was from customer service "Protecting our members’ data and information is extremely important to us, so we’ve had no choice but to permanently suspend your account" this is so wrong as I am part of other survey companies and have never come across this issue before. So what do they do with my personal details now????? so so angry with this company

BRIGHT LIGHT AT END OF THE TUNNEL
When everything is up side down in this world there is a bright light with Valued Opinions. Their customer service is always on point if you have a problem. I was with One Opinion for years and when they said they were going out of business they also gave Valued Opinions of the site to go to. I am so glad I signed up, I have already accumulated 30 dollars in gift cards and on my way to another 30. Very fast and easy to cash out.

not good

Seems like to me they let you get to the end of the survey and than they tell you they had to close it early this looks like a scam to me

Valued Opinions

A couple of times I would spend 20 minutes plus on a subject and get no points. I would say something and the next day I would get points. The people who respond are very courteous and nice. Some surveys are a little long. To a point I do agree with some of the reviews I read. So far I can say I like the sight but am curious when it comes time to cash in.

Missing survey credit

Website is easy to use thus far and fairly intuitive. I have had three surveys for which I didn't receive credit and my inquiries were responded to very quickly and credit was applied.
