Thank you for your detailed review, which I have only just noticed, as we did not previously have a company account on Trustpilot. We are very sorry that our collaboration on this project caused you considerable disappointment and did not meet your expectations. We value all customer feedback as an opportunity for continuous improvement.
We would like to respond to some of the issues raised by providing explanations from our point of view:
- Valtorian specializes in web and mobile application development and UI/UX design. Although our core area of expertise is development, for this particular project we sought to provide a comprehensive solution that included sales strategy and email marketing. For these specific aspects, we brought in an expert whose experience in building sales strategies inspired our confidence. However, we deeply regret that the overall collaboration on the sales strategy did not yield the desired results. As a result, we have decided that we will no longer accept similar requests that go beyond our core development services.
- Regarding the project timeline, we understand your disappointment. However, it is important to note that the duration of the project was indeed affected by delays in receiving timely feedback and necessary content/details from your side. Smooth progress depends on consistent and complete data entry, which was not always available, leading to pauses in our workflow. Throughout our long collaboration, all major milestones and deliverables were provided to you, and we received confirmation or specific requests for refinement. The process was further complicated at the end by the involvement of an additional representative from your team, who requested significant rework based on a different vision, which naturally extended the timeline.
- Regarding payment, our agreement provided for advance payments for specific stages of work related to agreed results and ongoing communication, during which we received confirmation from the client that everything was fine. The additional PDF file you mentioned was not proposed by us, but by your assistant as a means of attracting customers, and was executed by our designer based on specific requirements from your team, for which additional payment was agreed upon, as it was beyond the scope of the initial work.
- Regarding communication, we pride ourselves on maintaining professional and open communication with all our clients. We sincerely apologize if our choice of terminology in one instance caused offense. It was a genuine mistake, and we had absolutely no intention of misleading or offending you in any way. (For a better understanding of the situation for those who will read this, the client was offended by terminology such as “live coach,” which we have of course corrected and apologized for).
We regret any misunderstanding regarding the functionality of the funnel during launch and the subsequent impact on your event. We were very committed to this project and are deeply saddened that you are dissatisfied with the final result.
