I recommend these products to anyone that will listen lol
I have two teenage boys, who had very strong body odour. I was buying all different products for them body wash and deodorants nothing was helping.
After using Manly products, it’s gone. They are happier, people aren’t complaining about their smell and their bedrooms now don’t have that ‘boy smell’.

Wish I had read this review page before purchasing. Like all other low scores, I have been caught up in the situation of no fulfilment of my order. A dispatch email is sent but then carrier never receives the goods. Then was informed no stock to send, then advised longer delays. What was meant to be my sons birthday gift poof gone! Then they do not even refund the shipping costs (even though was never shipped). Will see if I end up getting any money back... DO BETTER MANLY

We ordered what needed to be posted half and half, so the second half has not arrived (#....74), not sure if that's the subscription or one off part of our order, and paying monthly but only getting a parcel in the future once every two months are a few things confusing about tbe system. As for the product, the men in our household say it's great, especially the conditioner and body wash.

The deodorant had caused a really bad rash to my sons underarms, very disappointed, this stuff is meant to be all natural , i wasn't expecting this at all

I’m highly suspicious of the positive…
I’m highly suspicious of the positive reviews . On many other sites the preditory “ subscription “ that many, including myself are tricked into is appalling . I raised this through emails however I notice nothing has changed . If you have to trick people into subscriptions you’ve lost all credibility to start with .The product itself is ok . Trades on parents fears that they are harming their children if they don’t use the Manly product . Wildly overpriced . We’ve used it with our teenage son for 6 months . Not going to use it anymore . The bottle sizes are inadequate in our opinion requiring constant reordering feeding into their subscription plan mentality .We’ve reverted back to supermarket products . He hasn’t dropped dead yet and they are a third of the price . Just our experience.

Ordered a significant amount of product…
Ordered a significant amount of product was charged never received any information about shipping or any thing of the sort. I had to open a PayPal investigation. They tried to get me to close the PayPal dispute by offering me a 15% refund. They never intended to ship the product. It closed in my favor thankfully. They still had sent tracking information after I had to reach out and ask if I was going to receive any information from the purchase I had made over 10 days ago. Today, I receive a notification stating that it was delivered. I live on the East Coast. It was delivered on the West Coast. I have had nothing but bad experience with this company.

We’ve been using Manly for a few months…
We’ve been using Manly for a few months and have seen a positive change in our son. We needed to adjust the order to include shampoo and adjust the frequency, I sent an email and got a REAL human email interaction. 😊 it was easy and seamless to make this change due to the help of that team.

I strongly warn anyone considering…
I strongly warn anyone considering buying from this company.
Not only did they take money from my account without my authorisation once, but they deducted a second payment before even refunding the first one. I was then told I had to wait 3–5 business days for my own money to be returned.
These unauthorised deductions put my family under unnecessary financial stress. The money they took was meant for my son's birthday gift, and because of their actions, I was left without access to my own funds when I needed it most.
No customer should have to chase refunds for money that should never have been taken in the first place. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful before giving them your payment details.

I'm pleased we were able to process refunds for both orders, and I sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused while those refunds were being processed. Unfortunately, once a refund is issued, banks can take 3 to 5 business days to return the funds to your account, but I appreciate that doesn't make the situation any less frustrating.
