Love this bag, I use it everyday for work

I phoned UPSO directly to check a couple of the details about the bag I wanted. They picked up first time. All questions answered. Bag dispatched quickly - from Nelson, where they're hand made (c'mon! - it's handmade in Lancashire from salvaged materials: this is just world class). The bag is 100% as depicted on the site and as-described. Build quality is fantastic. Design and functionality is flawless. My *one* tiny niggle that's driving me nuts is that the (seatbelt) strap has a twist in it: only one, mind, and it doesn't affect how it sits on the comfortable shoulder pad, but it does bug me, bringing the final score down to just 97%. Still recommended vs any amount of flimsy international junk. This is a tough bag, from a tough neighbourhood, and I love it.

To all foreigners who are not from Great Britain(!): Since I ordered a backpack from UPSO in 2022, I have received constant phishing messages from Great Britain until today (July 1, 2026)!

UPSO gives your email addresses and phone numbers to third parties 100% of the time! So, be careful and don't buy anything from these UPSO criminals!

Beyond all expectations which were high. Perfect size, colour and feel, incredibly robust impression and a very curious and very happy young person even more interested in reused resources. Very very good value for money.

Well made bag and delivery as fast as anyone could hope for.

Sole critical comment is that the way the strap is attached to the bag (the angle of attachment) works for a waist worn bag but is not comfortable for an over the shoulder bag.
