The shoes were apparently in stock when I placed my order, but I was told about a week later that they did not have my shoes in stock and could not give me an indication as to when they would be back in stock. As if this was not babd enough, this took a while to work out as the emails sent to me were somewhat cryptic and made no sense. So I have to ask specific questions to get the answer I was looking for.

To add insult to injury, I was offered a display pair of the shoes I had ordered and told they did not look good and asked if I wanted them!!!!! I ordered a new pair of shoes, so why would I accept a display pair which was damaged and did not look good??? When I said "No" I was then told again that they did not know when they would be avaiable. I had to email again after a week to find out if there was any update as to when the shoes would be available, but no one knew when they would be in stock.
I was very fed up at this stage, so I cancelled my order. The service has been very bad and I'm not at all impressed!

Never got my shoes on time even thou paid for next day delivery , three weeks later still waiting for a pair of shoes, no contact from the seller to advise me with what's happened to the missing shoes. Still charged me for them, cheek!! Crap service never order from there online service again! Rubbish rubbish rubbish..........

I ordered the shoes and they were delivered quicker than promised. the process was easy and quick. I recieved my shoes packed well and in good condition. I wore UNZE shoes when I got married so had no question of the quality and I was not wrong to trust them. I will be using UNZE again when I next need dress shoes.

Delivery was within 2 days,very quick. I ordered some wedding sandals and am delighted with my purchase. The sandals look amazing and I am very please with the quality. That you unze.

I ordered a pair of Khussa shoes for myself and was a little worried because there was no extra charges for shipping (I live in the US and thought it might cost more) but I shouldn't have worried at all. I received a confirmation email immediately, a second one followed about a day later saying my package was sent and I received my shipment within a couple of days! I received a package from London faster than I get things shipped to me from within the US! If I ever get another pair of these shoes I will definitely order from this store again.

Items arrived within a few days...no trouble whatsoever. I only purchased once so far but had no issues. If I have to be picky one of the boxes of the shoes was relatively squashed but the shoes were in perfect condition and I suppose it would not be fair to blame this on Unze either.

I decided to order from UNZE as they had the best selection of shoes at the best prices. After looking on the high street and there not being much choice i thought this was my best option.
I choose a pair of silver evening shoes as i need them for a dinner at the end of march. The service was quick, they arrived inside 6 days. Unfortunately I will have to return them due to the fact the description stated they where 3" heels. But in fact measure 4" which i am not able to walk in. The shoes themselves are gorgeous and worth the money! So if anyone is thinking of ordering, just be aware the heel height may not be accurate, otherwise happy shopping!

i bought a voucher from groupon for a discount on shoes. i had trouble using the promo code which was eventually sorted but it did take a while as i dont think the person i was talking to understood english very well or if not they just wernt taking enough attention of what i was saying! it eventually got sorted and my shoes are now hopefully on there way! thank you!

Ordered the sandals Sunday afternoon arrived Tuesday as agreed. Company communication was excellent so I knew exactly what was going on. Would definitely use Unze again ....also they had so much choice!

I was a bit nervous about buying online, however i recieved my order fairly quicly and was really impressed. I cant wait to wear all the sandals that i purchased.
