Brilliant cars, brilliant people
I bought my Skoda Octavia VRS 3 months ago and it’s been faultless. Wonderfully well serviced and presented, I’m thrilled with it.
The guys here were friendly, helpful and super flexible to my availability. The car even came with 6 months warranty which was a nice added extra. A very happy customer here.

Bought a VW Touareg for £16K
Bought a VW Touareg for £16K. Lovely car, but when I got it home & got to grips with all the operating controls (it has stacks of electronics), discovered rear screen wiper wasn't working (motor was burnt out), and parking sensors also not working (one faulty sensor disables the whole system). Complained but Unity insisted that all checks of functionality had been done prior to sale and so both issues must have occurred after sale (i.e. on the drive home ? I don't think so). Unity Automotive thus washed their hands of these problems which cost £1,270. to repair at a VW main dealer.

Just picked up my new mg zs couldn’t be happier with it. Our salesman mo Butts was very knowledgeable and helpful there was no hard sale and he wanted us to get the car that was right for us. Would definitely recommend.

Struck a deal over the phone. Arrived the following day expecting potential sales blarney and or pressure to purchase extras I wouldn’t need or want as per the usual car sales stuff. Was very pleasantly surprised to be met with no blarney and a very relaxed friendly atmosphere. It was quite refreshing.

I recently picked up an MG from Unity Automotive Balsall Common.
I recently picked up an MG ZS on the 26th of April never had an MG before. Exemplary customer service from Sanjay and Chloe providing a seamless service from start to finish, knowledgeable, approachable yet professional with a friendly manner. Five star customer care couldn’t recommend highly enough. My lovely MG was great to drive home to Glasgow. Thank you.

Lovely, friendly staff who were really professional.Communication was excellent.
