Brilliant and helpful staff. Very pleasant and polite. Helped me pick the best carpet for the budget I had. Delivery time and fitting done very quick and efficiently. I am a very pleased customer and the carpets look beautiful.

This was a replacement carpet.
This was a replacement carpet for a defective one. I only score a 3 because this took nearly 4 months to rectify. I had to keep chasing them up to get any response. That said, eventually they came good. We are very pleased with the replacement carpet and the fitter did a fabulous job .

Good quality but issues with fitting
Product was good quality and very happy with what I have so far. The fitters did a great job and took the time to help with some issues I had with other flooring in my property. However, I had several issues with my order. After waiting several weeks for my carpet to arrive, the fitters came but they didn’t have enough carpet to do my spare room. They came back over a week later with the wrong carpet. And now a week later, I still don’t have any idea when the fitting will be completed. Been told at least 4 times someone would call me the next day but I have never received a call to let me know what is going on. Always having to chase them. Will not order from them again

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, at the Southport store. The carpet fitter was prompt and did a great job. Had two bedroom carpets fitted. Good value for money. Always get carpets from united carpets. Have done so for approx the last 15 years.

Great experience
Great experience , telephoned before arrival, respectful to property, thank you for removing shoes. Lovely carpet fitted well, offcuts removed and bagged up much appreciated. This is the 3rd carpet received very pleased look forwards to purchasing our next carpet from you. Carpet fitters were great, Also the carpet sales man was very helpful good advice given thank you all so much.
