Exceptional service from beginning to end!! After a dreadful experience with a nearby supplier who I won’t mention I went to United Carpets and spoke with Aaron who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. His honesty and knowledge of the product was exceptional making sure I got what was right for me rather than what was right for their top line!! On the day of installation every attention to detail was made so that the end result was just perfect. I’m beyond happy with the service, quality and value for money I received and cannot recommend team Scunthorpe enough 👍👍👍👍

Got laminate from them with underlay and edging didn't use it all had 3 boxes left over they wouldn't take them back won't be using them again.

Showroom staff were lovely and for us…
Showroom staff were lovely and for us the carpets we wanted for our budget. Only issue we had was with the fitters came a lot later then advised by a few hours, which was okay because it was very hot. Trims were incorrect supposed to be brass, tags left in carpet and some corners of the living room don't look fitted well. Also a bent trim on bathroom. Would recommend the showroom but advised people to find there own fitters.

We picked a herringbone laminate for our hallway and were very impressed with the quality and cost.The staff were very friendly and helpful as always. The independent fitter they recommended called Dan was absolutely excellent, he did a superb job and went above and beyond.

Scott was brilliant - he was friendly and knowledgable and really took the time to understand our requirements, making meaningful suggestions to get us the best value option for our money.
We visited twice and everything offered on the first visit was honoured on the second. We will definitely be back if needing another carpet in the future at any point.
