From choosing our carpet to the final fitting I can honestly say what a superb experience, very knowledgeable staff in store who worked with our budget to get the look we wanted. Neal the fitter is excellent at what he does and all round a very pleasant guy. Will definitely be using for the rest of the house. Highly recommended.

The carpet is perfect
The carpet is perfect, the store assistant was amazing, really knowledgeable and helpful. The only little problem we had, was the wallpaper got a little bit scuffed during the fitting. (In a newly decorated room) The carpet fitter left the door off after removing it, to fit the carpet. And the fitter refused to take any of the off cuts. If it wasn't for the fitting issues, I would have given five stars. Sorted the scuffs out, still waiting to get door hanged and off cuts we managed to squeeze in the car, to take to the tip.

The fitter (Neil) was excellent
The fitter (Neil) was excellent. He was very thorough and would not leave until the LVT flooring was laid perfectly and was clean of any residue glue etc

We just bought new floor covering for…
We just bought new floor covering for our kitchen in less than 15 minutes! And it’s being fitted tomorrow! Callum served us, told him what we wanted, he directed us to a selection of vinyl on rolls, we picked it and that was that. Even better, the price didn’t break the bank either

The staff in the shop
The staff in the shop, are very helpful, th samples were very helpful.
Delivery time was very good, just a little disappointed on the day of delivery , a bit of huffing and puffing from the fitter but he eventually did an excellent job of fitting it.

Excellent service, measured up and provided a quote on same day that I had visited the shop. Fitting of the carpet followed a week later. I would definitely recommend, very pleased with the whole process and the carpet looks great.

Had several flights of stairs…
Had several flights of stairs recarpeted .the fitter lifted and removed all carpet in hall and stairs .always superb fitting of carpets ,took care and attention .vinyl fitted to toilet with precision and looks brilliant .laminate fitted to hall as well .all looks great and a great price too. I will be using united carpets again soon

Excellent work from United Carpets
We went to the shop to purchase a carpet and underlay. In the shop we met Callum who was very very helpful and showed us a variety of carpets and explained the difference between them which was very helpful with us choosing exactly what we wanted. Also we didn't have to wait very long for the delivery of the goods.
Then there was Neil, the carpet fitter. A great friendly guy who has done a fantastic job of laying the underlay and carpet. Neil is what we call a real people person and somebody who we would without hesitation use again for future jobs. Overall, from start to finish a fantastic job from United Carpets and Neil the fitter and would recommend to anybody else.
