From the moment of walking in, to walking out, we were made to feel welcome. There was no predatory sales tactics, and instead we were shown only products that matched our requirements and budget. wrong carpets fitted
Chosen our carpets and they fitted the carpets in the wrong rooms. Bedroom in Living Room and living room in bedroom. After my wife was in floods of tears, all they said well can you live with them. If not come up tomorrow and chose more carpets, but we hope you can live with them being wrong.

Double check your fitting date
Little disappointed that even though I had booked fitter 8 weeks prior to fitting date they hadnt put me in the diary. If I hadnt of phoned I would of been missed. They then rang 2 days prior to fitting and told me they couldnt do my original day and moved it a day forward. Not great when you work. Fitter were great and have done a really good job and carpet is lovely. Just organisation skill not the best

we are moving into sheltered accommodation at very short notice as my Husband has Parkinsons .We popped into United carpets in Lincoln had a good look around the store . We were not bothered by staff following us around ,as in many other stores, ,a friendly Hello and the offer just to ask if we need any help .We were served by Bradley The Manager when we found the carpet we wanted. The service was excellent, there was no rush, no pressure. but efficient service. We would not hesitate to recommend this store to everyone. The carpet will be fitted soon and the staff at Lincoln made a difficult move simple. The two young men in the Lincoln branch are a credit to your Company.

Went to United Carpets in Lincon to…
Went to United Carpets in Lincon to compare carpets and prices for 80/20 carpets for my home. Adam and Bradley showed me some beautiful carpets and gave me a great price. Adam then came to measure up and went out of his way to get them fitted when I wanted. Nathan and Dylan came and worked really hard, 4 rooms 2 landings and 2 floors, what a team!! So pleased with the carpet and the laying of it. Would recommend this company and men to anyone, thank you all, really feel like it’s my home now!!

Bought a double divan bed with quality mattress, drawers, headboard, delivery deal all unpacked, fitted in room of my choice, packaging taken away.
Excellent deal, delivered sooner then expected, good value, lovely quality and both staff in store and delivery team were exceptional. Would recommend.
