We have purchased from United Carpets on several occasions now as we work through our bungalow renovation. Always lovely, friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Very helpful assistants
Very helpful assistants. We had a whole house to do and we managed to get all 7 carpets from the end of rolls range which are really good quality and also enabled them to arrange fitting for the same week as didn't have to order any carpets in.

Good products, service a little disappointing
There was red pen left on the light grey carpet from where the fitters had marked it without realising. I had to clean this up myself. The products themselves were great, and I’m happy with them. I would have liked a breakdown of what each item cost in store as I was just given a price for the whole process.

With regards to the red mark, I'm really sorry to hear this, we like to leave your new carpet looking pristine, however on the rare occasion that anything like this does happen, just let the store know and we will be happy to come and correct it for you.
You can request an itemised bill from the Chester store which they will be happy to provide, should you wish.

New bed…
I bought a new bed from Chester Store with the help of the lovely Manager, Moira. It is comfortable and looks very luxurious. I am very happy with the service and help received as I have a few mobility issues and it was important to me to get the right bed.
The only downside is that one of the delivery guys badly scraped one of the newly decorated walls in my room. I spoke to the store manager who were very apologetic. I’m pleased to say a week later I was reimbursed for the costs of repairing and repainting my wall by Moira whilst the company are still deciding what to do.
Overall I’m very happy.
