Went into store on Tuesday and spoke to Ryan. He was extremely helpful with sorting carpet for upstairs of my new house & even got it fitted within 2 days.
Fitting of the carpet is brilliant and overall I am extremely happy with the service and quality of the carpet from Ryan, Helen and the two carpet fitters!

Wrong headboard fitted
We ordered a single bed and headboard after visiting the local showroom ,(Cannock). Chose the one we wanted from one one display so it was clearly identified at point of sale. The details were clearly written on the invoice. On delivering and fitting of the headboard and bed by the delivery team, we noticed the wrong headboard was delivered. It was too late to change headboards as my daughter was due in from school and she would have been dissapointed if we informed her that the headboard on her bed would have to be exchanged. It wasn't the one we wanted as we felt the other one was more suitable and would have grown with her. The company were apologetic but we won't rush to order our other daughter a bed from there, as we were planning to. One other gripe was that the delivery team didn't have shoe protectors on and happily trapsed up the light stair carpet and into my daughter's freshly carpeted bedroom. Not good practice i feel

Purchased vinyl flooring

Would recommend. The lady in the Cannock Branch was very helpful and helped me price 6 carpets so I could choose my options. I returned and bought the carpet I wanted and she served me again. Delivery and fitting was very quick at a day and time at my convenience. The fitters turned up bang on time and did a perfect job. I put the scraps of carpet in my bin and I had a large piece left over which I will use for something else.
I took the door off myself to help the fitters because I knew I would have to shave a bit off the bottom of it. Doors must make fitting so difficult for fitters yet people complain. My advice is remove the door it's easy.
