The door was installed very quickly and efficiently. Delighted with how good the door is.

Spent £160 on keys with the covers which you have to specifically select what colour to what key and they’ve just put them wherever they wanted. So not only did I worry I had wasted money as I believed I had made a mistake with the key code. Nope they just added the covers wherever they wanted with no explanation how to get them off!

Straight forward and easy to register

I contacted Ultion to tell them my lock on my front door lock failed after nearly 5 years. I wasn't sure if i would receive help. I found them very helpful. It was covered with 1 month to go. I filled in a form and took a small video showing the problem. I got a decision within a couple of hours. A new lock was sent to me with next-day delivery. Also the new lock comes with a 5-year guarantee. That’s what i call excellent service. 5 Star

I'm very impressed with my new door and the unexpected super lock that came with it! I was a bit confused with setting up the guarantee so l phoned the company and they helped me through the process. It feels a very secure lock.

I bought extra keys, so far an efficient process. The new keys with a nice coloured tag say they’re compatible with Apple Find My. Instructions to pair with my phone, or indeed do anything other look like a posh key prove useless. Online videos show the cover sliding off easily- it doesn’t move at all, either by pulling or rotating anti-clockwise. The helpline is of course a misnomer, no help at all, and finally referred me to a locksmith after a fruitless conversation even by bot standards.

Good product but useless support. Despite “We’re live and ready to talk to you”, either I was chatting with an idiot or a completely useless AI bot. All I wanted know was how to make the (expensive) keys show up in Apple Find My, and received a series of copy-and-paste irrelevancies. Complete dead-end and I still can’t use the keys as described.
Hopeless.

The Ultion lock & keys came supplied & ready fitted with the new door. Feels strong & sturdy, good quality heavy keys. The old door that was removed was fitted with a Ultion lock. I feel secure when l go away on holiday & at night
