As I had not dealt with ultimate appliances before so I did ring my order in. spoke to a young lady who was very nice to speak to. received both a email and phone call about delivery.
the delivery was spot on very helpful young men who took my old appliance away unpacked the new one and put situ, then they took away all the wrapping.

A very pleasant experience i will recommend them to people

I ordered a washing machine from this site as it was recommended to me by a friend. I was looking for something with quick delivery as my washing machine had completely broken. I searched online and found a few sites that would deliver within the week. As a friend had recommended this site I placed the order, the site showed a few in stock. 1 week goes by and there has been no contact, I ring ultimate appliances and after waiting 20 mins for someone to Answer they told me the machine was out of stock and they didn't know when the next batch was being delivered. Each week I called and they still knew no more. I must have wasted about 2 hrs on the phone and got no where. finally exactly 4 weeks later the machine was delivered. It's a brilliant machine but I will never be using this site again.

Bought an LG washing machine and have no points of concern so far. Delivery wasn't the quickest but the estimate was reasonably accurate and customer services were able to give me very accurate details the day before.

The price including delivery was the best I could find online, haven't installed yet but do not anticipate any issues with the machine

I asked them to deliver as early as possible, and they made every effort to.

found a BEKO dishwasher supplied by Ultimate Appliances which was £50 cheaper than other companies. Was very pleased that they :
(1) gave free delivery
(2) offered to take the old appliance away for free
(3)gave an excellent price
(4) gave me a 3 hour window for delivery and arrived on time .
Ultimate good value and good service !

Estimated delivery times for Ultimate Appliances are way off the mark! Ordered on the 4th April and didn't receive until the 19th despite estimated delivery being 3 -5 days. Not ideal with the laundry of 2 young children to do and old machine broke. not much communication from them during the long wait and had to phone them to get them moving. Good service from actual delivery driver but not happy with the ridiculously long delivery time. If had known about delivery time would have just paid the extra £9 to get it from Argos within 5 days. would definitely never use this site again and would not recommend to anyone.

This is the first time I have used this company, from order to delivery I was kept
updated, would definitely use again, price was great, no delivery charge or disposal
fee cannot ask more from them.

I placed my order 7/4/2013 stock due in 9/4/2013 delivery 19/4/2013 ( the driver Walter seemed a decent bloke .)
I received a email letting me know additional driver's would be dealing with the backlog but I still waited nearly another whole week.
I phoned ultimate appliances 4 times and had to wait quite a while to speak to a sales representative(they were always very pleasant and helpful.) but I would probably shop elsewhere next time as I would rather pay more and receive the goods much earlier.

Brilliant service. They came when they said they would and even took the old machine away, that hadn't been part of the arrangement.

I ordered 2 dishwashers and ummed and arred over paying a little more for same product from John Lewis. Wished I had gone to the reputable John Lewis, didn't receive an email confirming order and payment, chased, thankfully they found details but then informed they only deliver once a week-on a Thurs :( this sadly affected kitchen installation, so re booked the kitchen installers for Friday. The delivery company then call to say they will be delivering on Friday, thought this would be ok, but only delivered 1 dishwasher! Be warned...

Ordered a washing machine that was showing in stock on 31/313, OK it was Easter time but I had not heard from the company ten days later so sent an email to be told they are waiting for stock from the supplier and would contact me when they had stock. Chased them up again two days later to be told they where expecting stock at the end of the following week so after nearly three weeks of numerous emails I have finally received my new washing machine. I must add the two delivery guys where really helpful and polite. Oh and by the time we had waited for the old washing machine to to taken away I had hired a skip and done it ourselves as this was a good job as the delivery drivers never even asked about it!!!

The Fridge/Freezer was a lot cheaper than other retailers and the two delivery men were quite funny. Item came on time as indicated previously.

We chose the product then shopped around for the best price. Found it at Ultimate Appliances. Really pleased with the product. Slightly disappointed in the delay before it arrived, I felt I had to chase for the delivery date but everyone I spoke to were really helpful. Delivery went OK, although did get the distinct impression from the delivery chaps that they didn't like delivering these big items, and they weren't as helpful as they could have been. Would use again though.

First think when looking for any appliance that's £425 is to look on the internet. When I found the washing machine at another outlet cheaper I phoned to ask if I could collect and they explained it would not be in stock for 2 weeks. I found Ultimate Appliances to be some £20 more but they told me they would deliver maybe the next week as this was a Friday and Monday bank holiday week and it would be towards the end of the week. Nearly 4 weeks later and some calls to their office in Leicester ( which by the way the keep you on hold sometime up to 9 mins before they answer) and when they do they can't tell you anything. So they say they will ring you back and they don't twice. Had I known I was going to wait so long I would have bought it cheaper in the first outlet. To cap it all the machine was a present for my stepson in his new house so for a month I was ferrying clothes back and forward because like kids are they expect it on next day delivery.

I ordered a big American style fridge, it was delivered in a huge box obviously, only problem there was only one delivery man - Walter who was very good but if my husband had not bern there, there was no way it would have got into my house with Walter on his own - surely your company should send two delivery men with each vehicle! What if the delivery was to a disabled or elderly person. I hope these comments are taken into consideration.

It's a poor mans item! The company were great service good. Delivery guys were rude and unhelpful, had to remind them to take the old washer! Would recommend the company not the product!!

I considered writing a full account of my dealings with ultimate appliances but soon realised that it would stretch to too many pages so unless you want to pay for an item hear nothing,see nothing for the best part of a month then cancel and have to plead for your money back then this is the company for you if not stay well clear of this unbelievably awful company........On the 09/05/13 this terrible company went out of business good riddance
