This company charges way too much for an UK ETA visa, 4x the price you pay on an official website! Use the official UK GOV website instead! At least the visa they sent seems legit (proof to come..).
My bad i did not better inform myself before buying. I regret paying too much and sharing sensitive information with such a company!

It was easy and Quick and everything functioned

By sponsoring their result high in google searches for the actual government visa sites, people are mislead into completing their application and paying an outrageous amount for what is a relatively straightforward process on the real government sites, if you get caught, you have to catch it in time to get a refund from them, or chargeback your credit card through your bank. Apply for your visa directly through the official government site.

I had a lot of trouble getting to the payment part.

Looks like an official government website but charges you multiple times the price of an ETA. After submitting a complaint it either ignores it, or takes multiple days to answer in a completely unhelpful way

Es una autentica estafa.
Te cobran una barbaridad mas por tramitar la ETA y todavía no tengo claro que sea la verdadera.
Me han enviado una ETA que no contiene la corona inglesa, con lo que voy a investigar y probablemente ponga una denuncia por fraude.
Según la estas tramitando ya te añaden también un seguro y demás que ni se para que sirve, tienes que tener mil ojos!
Por otra parte en ningún momento te dicen lo que te van a cobrar, metiendo una comisión brutal.
No la recomiendo de ninguna de las maneras.

ABUSO COBRAR POR 3 SOLICITUDES DE ETA 327,69€ QUE NI SIQUIERA SON INDICADOS A LA HORA DE PAGAR por un trámite que cuesta unos 25€ ( unos 75€ en total )

The price of the ETA application is not the same as what is stated in the application and what you see when you make the payment. 1 hour ETA application should have cost $59 (even with two applicants in the same form). That is the amount that I thought I would pay, and also the amount that is visible on the bank transaction when you pay for it. Unfortunately, that is not the amount that they charge you... They charge $119.99 per application. When querying reimbursement, there is only a robot answering emails, so no way of getting any relevant answers. Warning: This site looks like official uk application site, but is, instead, a "full service" ETA application site, charging you 6x more than making the ETA application on UK's official government website. I didn't spot the difference when making the application in a hurry, only afterwards realized that I chose the wrong site. Whatever the case, they should not be allowed to charge a different amount than what is stated.
