Worse company to deal with
Worse company to deal with. Made purchase and assured it was dispatched for next day delivery. After emailing fir 3/4 days and always assured it would be with us turns out it was never dispatched. Horrendous company to deal with

This order was lost in transit and after an investigation with DHL which is protocol it was refunded.
Unfortunately items do go missing from time to time, but we always make sure the customer is reimbursed.

Useless
Item not delivered. Still waiting over a week later for this to be sorted. Chased but no luck.
Edit - I have emailed you multiple times. I have screenshotted my location when an email said the parcel was recieved by myself. I was not there to accept the parcel! I am constantly asking for updates but no luck.

Watch out for postage costs!
Bought some hoover bags but I got caught out on the seemingly good price by expensive postage. Figure I should have spotted that at the checkout! That said, I do suspect they made a good profit on the postage.

We do not make any profit on delivery, this is why our prices are a lot lower than other companies.
Other companies give lower delivery and inflate the cost of the item which makes more money over multiple items.
We match Royal Mail and DHL's delivery and offer the best price product.
