UK Pallets partner with Kingscote Rogay Limited (KRL) who a member depot of Palletways (UK) Limited. Unlike our competitors we are a transport company and member of the Road Haulage Association. European solutions can also be provided via KRL, an established global shipping company. Transportation of large or heavy goods can often be difficult or expensive via traditional couriers and dedicated solutions. You cant then track your pallet online through to delivery. Please use our simple, easy to use quote system. Simply enter the collection and delivery addresses which is powered by Google and you will have instant quotation. Additional services such as timed upgrade can be added. You can then book instantly and securely. Your pallets will be collected and despatched via our network of delivery depots. Payment is simple and secure via credit or debit card, powered by Stripe or via PayPal.

Customer Service was amazing!!
I've recently just use these to get an engine from South Wales to Liverpool.
The prices were really good. And although we had a bit of a hiccup after we discovered we couldn't arrange a pick up time, the customer services manager Samantha pulled out a blinder. She watched my tracking from pick up to my house. She emailed me straight away if there was any problems, which after the first hiccup they were none.
I'm so happy and if I was in the business of sending pallets to people or even as an individual who needs to have a heavy item shipped I would definitely use these again. Hopefully I won't need another engine however you never know my obsession with power tools may get me a cherry picker or a digger.

From our records, the collection address provided at the time of booking was Chesterblade, not Shepton Mallet. Unfortunately, the updated address did not have suitable access for a lorry, which we were not made aware of during the booking process. As a result, our driver was unable to complete the collection due to access restrictions.
We were also unable to rearrange with a smaller vehicle, as the goods exceeded the safe weight limit for a van.
Despite this, we have already arranged a full refund, even though there was a cost incurred for the attempted collection — a situation that was not caused by any fault on our part. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate collection address and to inform us of any restricted access in advance.
Uk pallets- customer focused
Uk pallets were used to deliver a pallet of bricks to my home. The access is via a small narrow private driveway. I emailed uk pallets to make them aware and they were extremely helpful. The delivery itself was just as good and the driver very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend as very professional service.

I used UK Pallets twice in December 2024 for two high importance collections ( gearboxes) and they exceeded my expectations completely. I could not recommend this company highly enough on both value for money and customer service.

First pallet service required and found a first class service at UK Pallets
I needed to return a pallet of paving slabs. Never used a pallet company before. Found UK Pallets who were exceptionally helpful and provided me with a collection service the following day. Service so smooth, cheerful, very reasonably priced and supportive in getting my pallet delivery returned. Thank you for a no stress service.

Jessica was very helpful when I called to ask what time my pallet would be delivered.Due to the bad weather I wasn't sure if my delivery would be delayed.It is the first time I have used UK pallets but it certainly won't be the last.The delivery driver was also very polite and professional.

Excellent customer service
Jessica went above and beyond to ensure we got our order through in time for our specified delivery.
I had been having multiple issues with payment due to security locks on my work card, but Jessica assured me I could ring later in the day to finalise the order we'd spent a while planning over the phone.
Great to have such warm customer service skills - I feel confident our pallets will be in safe hands!

The consignment was not delivered
The consignment was not delivered, no customer signature. The carrier is lying that the pallet was collected by a man, but the system generated a woman's name. The customer claims they did not receive the pallet. If you want to be sure it arrives at the address you specify, please use another company. The case is being referred to the Northampton HMCTS.

Excellent service
Second to none. UK pallets collected my goods in timely and very efficient manner. Communication with the driver was transparent and my pallet was delivered to its destination safely and on time. Thanks again for your help. A highly recommended service (compared to other similar companies, e.g national pallets).

Superb all round
So impressed with the service from this company. It's the first time I've arranged a pallet collection and delivery, and it was flawless. Great value for money and made it possible to complete a transaction that would have been impossible otherwise. Delivery driver could not have been more helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Unfortunately UKPallets dropped my…
Unfortunately UKPallets dropped my palleted goods from a height, probably off a tail lift and destroyed it. Rather than own up to the damage they blamed it on the receiver.
It took me a good few days to find out who caused the damage and I am now still no closer to getting a resolution. I will never use this company again. Poor.

Very Reliable
