There was a significant lead time associated with the items I wanted. My items arrived well wrapped but after I'd chased up. That may have been coincidence, or maybe not.
Good prices though so I'd go back.

Excellent customer service. I found their prices and inventory to be very good, they had everything I needed and the price was spot on. But it was the follow up service that impressed me most.

I made a mistake in the order, nothing to do with the UKES, and Quenton in particular could not have been more helpful. Returned the mistaken part of the order for full refund and Quenton ensured that what I ordered was what was correct (it was technical with 3 or 4 options and I needed a precise type of switch). It would have been very easy (as it was my mistake) to stick to the purchase as there was nothing wrong and that’s what impressed me most.

I will have no hesitation ordering from them again, they were really good. Nice to find a company that goes extra to ensure the customer is satisfied.

I ordered 2 brushed brass socket plates from UK Electrical Supplies. I received them in really good time, however noticed that one of them was damaged. I reported this to them and a replacement was ordered promptly. I was really impressed when my replacement arrived - it was hand delivered by one of their employees and not by delivery service. Excellent service, especially when it wasn't a high value item. I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
