Super quite and really effective.
Detecting air quality changes and increasing filtration as required.
Air quality in bedroom so much better.
One issue is the Bluetooth app, had to stop using it as it is a heavy drain on phone battery.

I ordered 2 air conditioners on 26th April 2025. One was perfect, the other was faulty. I have had an ongoing battle ever since, initially to even have it collected, then to get a refund rather than a credit and I am still waiting for any refund of my money that they have. It was picked up by them on 18th November 2025 and despite numerous requests to their very unhelpful support team, I am still waiting to get my money back. I have recently even enlisted the help of the legal team of the "Which magazine". Do not use this company. I have never had such poor service from a company before!

My Pingui unit lost power within one week of use. I called to complain and had to send a video showing us placing another electrical into the socket to prove the socket was not faulty. Then we had to plug the unit back in showing no power. I then had to purchase another, more expensive unit as I was told it would be a week before anyone could basically check I am not lying. Over a week later still not resolved. Extremely disappointed, would not buy from this company again.

My fan is wonderful, easy to set up.
I love the features available and its super quiet unlike most conventional fans.
