Couldn’t fulfil my order due to a fire at the warehouse. However, kindly called to apologise, and refunded the payment immediately. They also emailed to explain.

Hi, as per our email we have stated that we could not fulfil your order due to a fire in our business park caused substantial damage to 6 distribution outlets which included ours. All our telephone lines and servers were damaged in the process and due to us hold defected stock we could not have fulfilled your order. We did our best to communicate with anyone who placed an order by processing an instant refund within 24 hours and further more a discount when we restocked our product line. This was something that was out of our control. If you can understand due to our situation we could not fulfil or operate as a business and where companies such as BT caused a delay in rectifying our methods of contact. We would like to kindly request that this review can be removed and we hope to fulfil your order and request in the future. Many thanks.

Made an order on the 30th, still not received. Haven’t even received confirmation it’s been dispatched. No one answered my email, every time I call if goes to voicemail!
