Can't give zero...
Initially last year I gave them 5, but the [RFxCom] failed and so I requested an RMA via their web site, no reply, my wife rang a week later and left a detailed message, no reply. Sent registered letter threatening Small Claims. Oh sorry family crisis (but it was signed for the next day?) but got the RMA - sent off as signed for (next day - well done PO), Time dragged, so two weeks later another registered letter and Small Claims threat this finally got me a replacement. Now I don't like complaining but here nothing else worked and yes I would have taken them to court. I've kept them on my password list with a BIG comment - DON'T USE THEM!

Apologies you had a poor experience with your RMA. We share office space with another company, hence the letter being signed for.
As I had explained to you on e-mail, the RFXCom (RFXtrx433E) was being replaced by a new model (the RFXtrx433XL) and we didn't have any stock to send you a replacement as we'd sold out of the 433E model and were waiting for a delivery of the new units which arrived last week and one was immediately sent to you.
I had e-mailed you about this through the helpdesk we use, but the messages may have gone to junk as it's a 3rd party system, so apologies if you didn't receive them.
I hope the replacement RFXtrx433XL model works reliably for you.

Wireless Heating Controller
Well, I was disappointed in the review I read for this product, but this was after I bought it, because I was questioning its suitability. I sent 2 emails to the manufacturer and as yet have received no response.......except this survey.

Director CRAIG ATKINS does not reply to emails regarding minor issue.
No problem so far with items ordered (but I haven't yet installed). Soon after I placed the order I received an email from one of the directors of UK Automation, CRAIG ATKINS. In addition to thanking me for the order I had placed, he stated that if there were any problems or feedback then I should get back to him directly. There was a small problem so I outlined the issue in an email to him seven (7) days ago and have received NOTHING in response.
