Really nice little kit
Really nice little kit. A couple of small parts broke, so I did need a tube of superglue, but otherwise I'm very impressed

This is the second model I have bought for my husband so I already knew about the website. The website was clear and the model was easy to select and buy. Delivery was sooner than expected, so, so far very pleased with purchase. Gift has yet to be received as his birthday is not for a couple of days but he was very pleased with the previous model. The downside was he built it too quickly!!

Multiple UGears websites
You have more than one website which is not immediately clear. When I select a model on the French website to be sent to the UK I find it's not possible. Only by contacting the French website do I discover that there's an English site! This choice should be made clear.
Once on the English site the processing of my order was quick and efficient.

Hi Anthony, please apology us for the confusion. Just to confirm we only manage and responsible for one website: www.ugears.online. We have no any relation with the other websites you mentioned as they managed by other teams in other territories. If you need to order any items for the UK, please use: www.ugears.online. Really not sure why you tried to order UK delivery at the French based site.

Shopping online not the best experience.
I would have liked to have given more stars but when you order something and pay for next day delivery on a Monday and you do not received it until Thursday and then i had to go to the post office to pick it up so i did not get the item until Friday, i just feel that i have ripped off of six pounds, NOT HAPPY....
Also when i pressed out one of the cogs it snap in half as this is part of the engine i am stuck so is there any way i can get a replacement for cog number 27 if there is could you please let me know thank you.

Excellent
Excellent delivery, kit is good quality and fun to build. Instructions are ok - don't rely on the part finder diagrams too much as they are not quite accurate (I assume that the actual laser cut sheets have been improved and the paperwork hasn't caught up!) but it's not an issue if you are careful.
Happy customer

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, securely packaged, the latest model, while not the biggest, it is one of the more complex and satisfying. Another excellent challenge.

Amazing product and customer service
Amazing product and customer service. My son broke a piece of his model and was very upset he was not going to be able to complete it. Emailed regarding a replacement part and received a reply within the same day saying the part would be shipped immediately - and free of charge. Would leave more stars if I could!
