Product just received but it appears to be well built and good for its job, time will tell on that one as I havnt used it yet.

I'm not as sure that it was value for money and the shipping experience wasnt great so didnt rate it 5 stars.

Like other comments... This is a SCAM.,. wrong size of product sent. And no one will reply to you... I have lost £39.99... I was not even saving money but advertised a great more expensive product to what i received.,. Trading Standards need to be advised in this Company...SHAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE

I bought this product thinking it will charge my phone but it is not nor can it stop the phone falling from the holder

I didn't receive the brow brushes ordered and paid for so I cannot comment on your service really although I did think it was a scam.

I never Received my order, but money had been taken out, l have contacted my Crédit Cards and this is NOT a legitimate Company, do not use them!!

The advert was misleading and I was sent a manual precision screwdriver set instead on the electric one demonstrated in the advert.
No interest in putting it right, but they must know it was wrong as they offered me a 50% refund, which I did not except.
Passed the details to TSO as it breached the Consumer Act as it was not as described.
Also I suspect the item is made in China and not German as the advert stated.

Too long to be send and product is poor value for money

Generally quite good but the delivery could have been quicker .

This company is a total scam beware and stay away. They don’t have a contact number only email but they don’t reply to your emails. You buy the product online but no tracking available and you won’t have the product delivered. They will only scam you for money.

Paid for the goods then totally no contact, no shipping info nothing. I’ve emailed the company 5 times and no response. I’ve now asked for my money back and no response. Do not buy from this company.

Unhappy with this company’s lack of communication with their customers, as they have not responded to my messages regarding my latest order which as not arrived and the tracking info Yodel parcel delivery service cannot track the order with the tracking information I’ve been given,

The item arrived well within the expected time and is of high quality and performance as advertised. Very happy with the purchase and service.
